This was not the original location I was scheduled to pick up a truck from. There was a error with the location and no one processed my reservation so I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way. But a representative gave me 30 extra mileage and a $50 credit. That was a plus. The location clerk seemed as though she did not know how to work the system. She messed up my reservation and added other add-one which caused my fee to be $100 instead of the $75 it should have been with taxes. The u-haul was dirty and I sent a video to the guy who was handling my case. He said he would object me a fee I received but I haven’t heard anything back about it.

I was charged extra rate due to mileage... this extra mileage was because my pick up location was changed from when I identified my preference. I’m fine picking up where the equipment is but find it frustrating that because of this change I’m then charged extra.
