It was certainly my worse rental experience.

I would not recommend this location or the previous location on my reservation. Both were very rude and neither had good customer service. I was blamed for not cleaning the vehicle when I had photographic evidence that the vehicle was given to me unclean. Not good AT ALL. I only used you all because I had no other choice.

It was at last minute and we were press for time and had visited 2 other locations. Very satisfied with the service!

The U-Haul truck needed serious maintenance. The brakes were very squeaky and weak when fully loaded. I almost ran into the back of a car when my belongings were in the back. The steering wheel alignment is WAAAAY off. and the headlights were very low even on highvbeams. Also the store added money for fuel when I had refueled the vehicle. it was on quarter tank when I received it and when I returned it. When I arrived, the guy did the registration on his iphone. Never went over the contract, I told him I was returning it that night. He told me to just park it in the back where I got it from without mentioning anything about a $20 overnight fee. I never had or heard of that from U-Haul. I felt like I was nickeled and dimed out of an additional $45. His gas meter must have been off.

Piss poor customer service and when I called to complain to customer service they were extremely rude and disrespectful the supposed to be supervisor Sarah disrespected me and when I had a response a legitimate question she hung up on me

Greeting started positive. I became annoyed because the salesman was working with me, he kept stopping to assist others coming in the door. I had an appointment and needed to get in and out. When I asked him if he could finish my transaction so I could leave his response was rude and disturbing. He said if someone comes in and wants gas or to play lottery, they are more important, I'll just have to wait. Counting to 10 cause I was just about to let him have it, calmed me down. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I'M SPENDING MY MONEY TOO!!! If I didn't need the rental I would have walked out the door. The process took about an hour, I missed my appointment and lost my money. i.e. I PAID FOR A TRUCK I COULD NOT USE. I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN, NOR WILL I RECOMMEND USING UHAUL..... SO MUCH FOR ONLINE ORDERING AND NO WAIT, THAT'S A BUNCH OF BOLOGNA...IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, FIND ANOTHER WAY!!!!!

Pick up process was almost 45 mins. Although the merchant was pleasant it was only one person running the gas station. By the time we finished Inwas already an hour into my rental time.

The pick-up took longer than expected, given I had checked in online to save time. But employee Sam is very nice and the price was great. Overall this was a good rental and I definitely would rent from here again.

My fiancé and I were late picking up van. I called the wrong address to let them know I would be late. Got to location owner of facility told me “ you are late” no greeting. We had to leave the facility to put more money on card because owner ran my credit card for amount of rental as my plan was to hold with card and pay with cash as I have done in the past. While we were waiting for him to sell an iPad to a person in the facility we were going to buy a drink from his store but decided against it. When I came back 30 minutes later owner stated “ I was waiting for you so long I could have rented my truck to someone else”. I remained calm and unresponsive to his unprofessionalism. The owner slid me the keys and did not do a walk around. When I came promptly at the return time to return the vehicle I purchased gas and candy from the owner who then asked if I or my fiancé had stolen something from his store earlier. When I asked why he would ask me that he stated “sometimes when people come in to rent uhaul they take things without paying”. I asked if he saw either of us take anything and he stated no. All of this occurred in front of another customer. I was enraged, belittled and embarrassed. I will never rent from uhaul again following this experience.

The rep. did go beyond the call of duty to accommodate my needs of a four day rental despite the busy season and limited availability. However, I was quite disappointed by the fact that I was asked if I want to pay for insurance, and I opted out, and for some reason I was charged for it anyway. When I mentioned that to the rep who was there upon return, he said that for 24 hours or more it's not optional. I'm not sure who was saying the truth, but that was quite a disappointment.

This was not the original location I was scheduled to pick up a truck from. There was a error with the location and no one processed my reservation so I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way. But a representative gave me 30 extra mileage and a $50 credit. That was a plus. The location clerk seemed as though she did not know how to work the system. She messed up my reservation and added other add-one which caused my fee to be $100 instead of the $75 it should have been with taxes. The u-haul was dirty and I sent a video to the guy who was handling my case. He said he would object me a fee I received but I haven't heard anything back about it.

I was charged extra rate due to mileage... this extra mileage was because my pick up location was changed from when I identified my preference. I'm fine picking up where the equipment is but find it frustrating that because of this change I'm then charged extra.
