Javora BYou are cheaters making me pay a extra period even when I didn't have the truck for 24 hrs. If that's the case how can you charge the same rather I put 6hrs or 24hrs?. Cheating and stealing with the grey area you creating with this truck share stuff. I've been loyal to uhual for years and I will never go back.

ruby hPerson at front desk didn’t seem to know how to efficiently check us in. The entrance was a huge hole that caused us to scrape. There were no jacks to lift the trailer to our hitch, we had to pick it up ourselves to set on the ball.
