Frank & The Crew @ Refound Treasures, are delightful! Very hospitable, polite, patient, professional and very fair. Everything is above board, with full disclosure, no unethical hidden charges. Thanks again 👍 for the great service Frank, Moe, Ruth and Ladies
MICHAEL GALLAGHEREverything went very well, Frank, & his wife, Ruth were all very helpful Thank you UHaul
Micheal gallagherNothing. All went well.
BARRY BISHOPWe paid for an appliance dolly, but were only given a utility dolly.
Jessica BakerExcellent people to work with
Tim MajkrzakVery nice folks to deal with nice place
Andrew HaakI did not like that I made a cash deposit and they did not offer cash deposit back but a check instead
Emonie HarveyLow tire pressure light was on. Floors were filthy. The van key was still in the lock box when I arrived at 1pm to get it. That means not cleaned. They ignored the tire pressure light.
Gretchen MackA $39.99 rental costed almost $200. It's a scam.
Gaetano LanzoneEverything was great!
robert mastlove maureen she was great!!!
Brandy BreenThe truck needs to be cleaned regularly and not rely on customers to do it. Regular maintenance is key. The drivers windshield wiper needed replaced. Not sure how often they care for the truck. It's not like a regular U-haul place. The people are friendly enough. I had issues with the battery light coming on due to a connection loose or dirty. Used the truck twice before and was okay, just not as clean as it should be.
Ricky PierceMake sure vehicle is inspected and cleaned prior to renting it out again
Crystal BrighamThe tire strap was not functional. The employee suggested that I take one off the tow dolly and replace the one on the car carrier. The location Refound Treasures did not have all of the tools necessary so I used what they had and borrowed tools from their neighbor. After 2 hours ok site finally swapped tore straps at this point all I was soaked head to toe on sweat, some goofy guy named Chris comes out and tells me I cannot take the trailer because I made the repair and would need drop car and go get another trailer. The lady then came out and said the same thing. I laughed and cursed all of them out because they knowingly gave me tools and let me repair their equipment them said I could not leave with it. I left. However 1hr later the Geauga County Sheriif called and said I was in possession of a stolen trailer and I neede to return the trailer…(I was not worried because I had the reservation in an e-mail and text as well as the registration card for the trailer) 20 min later the sheriff calls back and said it was a payment and paperwork issue and I could be in trouble for u authorized use. After his two threats and dysfunction at the u-haul. My family’s weekend was ruined. Come to find out they added coverages to my rental without my knowledge, when I got the receipt they added total protection and trip safety which I declined on the reservation. They said they added it because I changed the tire strap and said all liability would be on me. They then lied to Uhaul and said they did not know that I had changed the strap and that they never provided any tools. I dropped it off 4hrs past when I was initially supposed to return it and they charged me for another days rental of $68 which the rental rate is on $54 per day. I only dropped it late because I wanted someone to be with me when I dropped it since that goofy Chris guy was making threats. I’m going to get in touch with a lawyer. The Cleveland dispatch team are a bunch of bozos as well. The most interesting part, this could all have been avoided if refound treasures held up their end of the contract and I inspected the car carrier when it was returned before I had reserved it. They just kept saying we’re just a bunch of girls that work here. I said it doesn’t matter who works here someone failed yo indie tech the trailer. They are scumbags here and will live to save themselves.
Jeff SmithTruck was very dirty when we picked it up. Tried to clean it but it needed to be washed and we didn't have time for that
Kevin KurtzClean the trucks. Get the accurate fuel gauge so the next customer doesn't have to pay extra.
Brianna PeckThey were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely use their services again.
ORVILLE TAYLORThe vans could be more comfortable but that is out of your control. Overall, our experience was great.

VERNON RIDLEYTurn in was easy, fast and great customer service
Stacy HerrodStaff was not very knowledgeable.
Heather RobinsonHelpful, friendly staff. Informed them the equipment I rented was extremely comfortable & easy to maneuver. Definitely a cut above the last move I made 15 years ago. Loved the truck & the toe behind trailer for my car.
sharon goochThe equipment was taken care of over all but whoever used it before us must have used it to move farm stuff cuz it smelled like cow manure. But other than that it was fine.
JANAH LITTLERNot sure, everything with my experience was A-ok
MARK VEVERKAThey were very friendly and easy to work with.
BRADFORD CROMBIEThe staff was so pleasant and helpful.
BRENDA HEADLEYPut a muffler on the truck instead of faulty exhaust system. Fix the Air Conditioning. Replace the wiper blades. Clean the windshield and mirrors. Install back up camera.
NORMAN HINCKLEYYour last question asked would i recommend this location to a friend. Thats funny ,because i just tried to sent up another rental at this location and then just had a representative from corporate uhaul telling me i cant pick up at this location. Uhaul needs to make up their mind. You have this location you want me to recommend, which is an excellent facility, but uhaul is not letting this location provide customer support.
Joseph NugentYou could make trucks available for rental in Middlefield. I shouldn't have to drive to another town to get a 26' truck. Or wait weeks to get one locally.
NORMAN HINCKLEYA gr
DAVID ROOSEAfter confirming my rental reservation 2 miles from home I was alerted 30 min before pick up that I had to go 20 miles to pick up and return my rental. No discount, no apology, no nothing. You take my money then jack me around.
JEFFREY GAYDOSIt was difficult to find the locations, as there is not a proper sign on the blg. Also, you have to go through a maze of rooms to get to the correct desk. I had to ask 3 different people where it was.
John BrueningThey were awesome and very friendly. It was pleasure doing business with them.
GARY SHULMANI think they need to write down how to do the rental and returns. I got a return email and text with the other truck I rented. This one I didn’t. I don’t think the lady that did it was 100% sure how to do things. I also turned in my truck at 1:15 and wasn’t due back till 3 pm called asked for the return form never got it!
sandra marnThe uhaul app sucks. I don't know how to explain it but I have trouble with it .
NORMAN HINCKLEYI signed the credit card authorization and was handed keys. I went outside to find the cargo van buried in snow. There was over a foot of snow all over, with drifts as high as three feet around. The windows were covered with ice. It took me over 30 minutes of running the defrosters to clear windows and brush off snow. Good thing I brought a snow brush because there was none in the vehicle.
JON SLAYBAUGHThe Online checking in process was difficult. I waited 20 mins before they even approved me for the truck. I ended going into the place to get sum help because the key wouldn't start the truck. The gentleman was very nice and helpful tho. When I returned the truck,I did it Online and had a hard time entering the milage. The gentleman helped me once again and told me to just return to the key to the box and he would take care of the rest. He did. I received a email the next day with the final amount... everything was ok.
Christine VanattaNothing,great service
dale millerHaul needs to install jack stands on their heavier trailers, very difficult to get off hitch.
mel glover26' box truck made our move so much easier. We were able to get nearly everything in it. The pull out ramp was a lifesaver. I had tried two other U-haul stores but Refound Treasures was the only one that had a truck available short notice. Thanks!
denise kroppVery unorganized. Had to ask for help to hitch trailer to my truck. I guess they thought I could lift the hitch and back my truck up alone. Terrible experience
Alison MogleThe cab interior was absolutely filthy, and smelled like a dirty dog. The "about 3/4" of a tank was 5/8.
Charles TiltonFrank was very accommodating, helpful, and courteous.
candi petersMake smaller vehicles more readily available. We had to go with a much larger size vehicle because nothing else was available throughout Northeast Ohio.
steve bullVery friendly staff and I was quickly on my way. Very highly recommend them. It was Refound Treasures in Middlefield Ohio.
Bonnie Nawrockineed to learn how to work computer better.
