After confirming my rental reservation 2 miles from home I was alerted 30 min before pick up that I had to go 20 miles to pick up and return my rental. No discount, no apology, no nothing. You take my money then jack me around.JEFFREY G.

I think they need to write down how to do the rental and returns. I got a return email and text with the other truck I rented. This one I didn't. I don't think the lady that did it was 100% sure how to do things. I also turned in my truck at 1:15 and wasn't due back till 3 pm called asked for the return form never got it!sandra M.

The uhaul app sucks. I don't know how to explain it but I have trouble with it .NORMAN H.
I signed the credit card authorization and was handed keys. I went outside to find the cargo van buried in snow. There was over a foot of snow all over, with drifts as high as three feet around. The windows were covered with ice. It took me over 30 minutes of running the defrosters to clear windows and brush off snow. Good thing I brought a snow brush because there was none in the vehicle.JON S.
The Online checking in process was difficult. I waited 20 mins before they even approved me for the truck. I ended going into the place to get sum help because the key wouldn't start the truck. The gentleman was very nice and helpful tho. When I returned the truck,I did it Online and had a hard time entering the milage. The gentleman helped me once again and told me to just return to the key to the box and he would take care of the rest. He did. I received a email the next day with the final amount... everything was ok.Christine V.

26' box truck made our move so much easier. We were able to get nearly everything in it. The pull out ramp was a lifesaver. I had tried two other U-haul stores but Refound Treasures was the only one that had a truck available short notice. ¡Gracias!denise K.

The software was having issues and it took a lot of time to process. Individual at the location was doing all that he could to expedite the process. Was a software issue (slow and kept kicking him out).Timothy B.

U haul at refound treasures , is the best u haul dealer I have ever been to. They are extremely helpful , and the truck was the best u haul , I have ever rented. They go above and beyond for the customer. I highly recommend them.alan L.
Fix your computer system. Took most of an hour and more to complete transaction. Time lost for my project and the volunteers waiting to get started . The staff of Refound Treasure were patient and courteous throughout the ordeal. I am a return customer but had to go through all information again. Computer cycled many times on input. Slow responses and uploads. I will be back and hope it works better.Joyce B.

I think you guys need to give me a 25 percent refund for not complying with my original request. My confirmation email stated I was to pick up a 20 foot truck from the burton Ohio kinsman location. And that that place had a very rude lady that I had to wait over 45 minutes to be serviced due to a customer before me paying for a mirror that was missing from his truck. BUY THE INSURANCE PEOPLE!!!! And then she finally was able to tell me my reservations were changed. She was rude and crude and not very nice. You need to pay me for the error and abuse. But the Middlefield location off of 608 was great! In and out and satisfied.Eugene D.

The new system is terrible at remote locations. We had to go from Warren, Ohio--which had many, many, many U-Hauls--to Middlefield, Ohio, which had ONE, but it was the only place in the region with a 15 foot u-haul that could be one-way. We actually had to leave the site and go to lunch and return to get the contract DONE. Several hours when your electronic system didn't work. Then we got it done, but NEVER were informed that we couldn't return it early and save $$$. It was returned 1 1/2 days early. No one had told us that we were stuck with it for the full four days without a refund. You owe us a refund. I am going to the Better Business Bureau unless I hear back.Pam C.

I rented a 5x9 trailer for 24.99 a day picked it up Monday at like 2:15 dropped it off Tuesday at like 2:30 and got charged for 2 days unbelievable If I would have known I would have paid $55 do you use a trailer for one day I would have went somewhere elsechristian R.

Truck was an automatic . Gear shifter was a little stiff. But it did good. Frank was extremely nice. I would recommend his u haul business to friends and family. I would go there again. In fact I will in a few weeks .alan L.

The truck was clean-ish but not stellar. The location was a huge problem because the GPS would not find my phone and apparently, this is a problem with this location. Additionally, I tried to do an after hours pick up initially and the van was not staged so it was a HUGE waste of time and caused other headaches for my business. I am very unsatisfied with my experience. The only person who really was able to give me any helpful service was the field manager, Ryan.Kelli H.
We were charged $100 over what we were quoted online. We were 1 1/2 hours late bring back the van so I understand an additional $19.99 charge. However, they charged us for over mileage which we weren't. The mileage allowance was 400 miles and we came in at 389. The people at Refound Treasures were rude and said it wasn't there fault. However, when I talked to the regional Uhaul rep, they said the charges were based on Refound's input. Also, the van was absolutely filthy. There was mud all over the floor and the windows had some sticky substance where it looked like something was taped to them. We will never rent from this location again and we have rented vehicles here for the past 10 years with charges exceeding $700.Carla S.

Loved the flexibility you offered us. I had never rented a UHaul before, but we had a great experience. One recommendation for added safety: Clean the inside of the windshield regularly. We brought the truck back at night in a driving rainstorm and my son reported that the film on the inside made seeing somewhat difficult because it added to the glare.betty H.

Upon getting the uhaul, the snow was plowed in behind it, there was a sheet of ice under it and it had not been cleaned off. I went out to the van and pushed what snow and ice off of it that i could by hand. Then immediately i had spinning tires. I went back into staff and figured that they would just switch me over to the van out front that was clean and ready to go.. not the case. I went out with the female employee who insisted that we would get it out. I was the one who shoveled it out while she threw salt at it. After many attempts with her as the driver and me pushing it it still wasn't out. after about 30 minutes of trying I managed to get it out. After that while I was driving it I quickly noticed how dirty the interior windshield was. The van had just over 9k miles and i bet it was never cleaned, touched plenty but never cleaned. The cup holders where full of crumbs same with the top of the steering wheel center console. There is a cup holder by the driver side door that had a nasty candy wrapper in it and sticky something around the outside. Even though you sign that you will sweep out the back, there is no way that was done. the van had registration out of Arizona the tires where worn down enough that the van had plenty of difficulty in the slushey icy conditions. I managed to get it tires spinning several time and normal driveways. All in all not impressed and doubtful that i would go there again even though its the closest one to where i live.Christopher N.
The service at this location was excellent. I called a day earlier to what I believed was another local u haul location that ended up being a call center probably in another country. I was on the phone for 1/2 hour trying to get information on renting a 5 by 8 trailer and was told that I couldn't get a quote or pickup location without giving my credit card information, after giving the information and much frustration finally was told that what I needed was not available on the day I needed it. I never did find out the location and cancelled the order before hanging up and was still emailed a confirmation of the order that I canceled. The next day I called a location close to my house and was taken care of within 5 minutes by a friendly, professional that understood what I wanted and had it taken care of without issue.carmen C.

Everyone from the rental location to Uhaul customer service was very friendly, but it was nerve racking to not find out my pick-up location until the day before and then the best location's hours changed my schedule significantly. Otherwise, the pick up location and people were fantastic.Bryan D.
