You changed the pick-up location from Mississauga location to George town. Therefore, Uhaul promised $100 discount from original contract. But, Uhaul didn't. If possible, please refund $100.Myung Hwan S.

It was hard to figure out if/when this location was open. No hours were posted.Kristen B.

Your head office is the problem. My truck was booked well in advance for my moving day and 2 days before you call changing all the stipulations. Smaller truck smaller dolly and worst of all you changed my moving time from 8am to 4pm when i already had people booked and service elavtor. That was terrible. Then im scrounging around trying to find a 20 ft truck at 8.or 9am on my own. I had to take a smaller truck and pick it up and drop it back off far away from my destination after you failed to provide the truck at my destination for pick up for a one way. Oddly the truck i did rent that was 15 ft was at the same.location anyway. Then you said i could pay debit and the guy has no terminal there so i had to.pay cash and his sysytem charged me everything for 2 days so my offer you made in contract for $123 with 200 km i had to fork over $350 in cash then go all the way back up there monday to get my deposit and refund for overcharges costing me.more gas and along with that i was charged $20 in gas fee when i know i filled back.to.where it was and rhere are not even any indicator lines in between the full quater half and empty lines so how the hell could i get ot exactly where it was...i was really diappointed in thia exerience and i will probably tell everyone hiw uhaul gives all the trucks away you reserve to long haul moves and leave us lowly in town.movers to fend for ourselves at a moments notice. My apt burned down in feb and im just now getting out of a shelter into.an apt and on top of it this is what i had to deal with with uhaulSonja H.

Maintain and clean your vehicles better. Oil change light was on. Windscreen inside was filthy and hard to see out of. Have your suppliers better trained so it does not take a long time to check in.Debi D.
I am still waiting for a call back due to an overcharge. Terrible communication and policies. NEVER again. I declined insurance and they charged me anyway. Charged a full extra day because the location was closed during my return period. Rude in teh handling of the issue and mere apathy.Chris R.

I'm not up with new technology, I was told to drop it off and put the keys in the lock box. I hope I wasn't dinged with the $20 fees for not taking pictures of the odometer and outer pics and submitting. I brought the truck back in 2 hours. When I got home I noticed the additional instructions and therefore didn't take the pics and because the keys were in the lock box.Dwayne B.

All worked out for me, I needed a few boxes and bed covers but this location did not have that yet but was able to pick that up a kilometer further down the road so no big deal. It was a successful move and am again happy to have chosen U-haul for a small local moveAndre V.
