Mark AHaving to stop and refill the window washer fluid when it ran out was a bit of a bummer - glad I brought my own jug of washer fluid and a window scraper too. It would be easier for the customers if the vans were full of gas upon rental and the customer brings them back full of fuel; I had no way to gauge what 15/16 of a tank was when I was refueling, so I filled the van full. I understand your rental vans can be anywhere, but no snow tires in Ontario in February made it a bit dicey on the snowy roads Sunday night. OTT, no problems.

Brian RNot a compliant... But a compliment to the three representatives that assisted with our (relocation) move. The gentleman at Reflections Auto Spa in Georgetown, was polite and informative. He even called to confirm our rental reservation, no "C to confirm" text from him. Appreciated, thank you! At my drop-off location Pioneer and Schepen's satellite U-Haul locations in Wallaceburg, the representatives were very apologetic due to the wait-time, and I am sure they could see I was exhausted. The system showed an error due to an online booking issues and choosing to pay cash and not with a credit card. In addition, I had to drive the truck to a different site to return it. The U-Haul system to refund deposits to costumers needs to be corrected by the company. Just a techy thing but it becomes frustrating for your reps especially not knowing if the customer would be patience and understanding. Thankful we all were and I was offered an extra 50 dollar for my inconvenience and my patience! U-Haul does aim to please and take care of their customers, the representatives need the same from the company, not everyone was understanding of the frontline workers. (two thumbs up!!)

Obviously, it was my inexperience with online procedures, not the company nor the owners issue. We will rent from them again. Very clean rental vehicle. Everything operated perfectly. Simple to drive in downtown Toronto traffic. We will rent from here again. Highly recommend Dave Bremner at Reflections Auto Spa and uHaul Rentals in Georgetown Ontario.
Phil KDon’t think I need two references of friends and phone numbers to rent a dolly. Seems a little too much. Other than that I was a great price to rent for the day. Excellent equipment for the job.

Bruce CPicked unit whilst it was raining and did not note the damage at the bottom right front of the "box". Did not see a sticker noting the damage. Also blanket rental bag was not zip tied,; and I did not use any for my move.
