1. Our U-Haul.com reservation required us to drive 15 miles up north just to pick up a truck we "reserved" locally the day before we were scheduled to pick our rental up. A store less than 1 mile away from our home had trucks available in it's parking lot the entire duration of our move; we re-checked each day. This location in Easton told us they had no availability because our rental was for more than one day......guess they wanted to make more money instead of honoring our RESERVATION 2. Upon arriving at the 15 mile out-of-the-way pickup location, we couldn't get into the truck for over an hour while waiting for a shop person to arrive. 3. They didn't have the "2 sets" of furniture pads we requested ready. They also charged us for 6 sets for $100 instead of the contract quote of $40 4. We were not allowed to drop the rental off locally after our 3 day rental and were forced to return to the original pickup location. This resulted in additional mileage charges of $26.70 5. We were not charged for any of this rental until almost 40 days after returning our rental. I WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL again if this is how you treat your customers.......BULLSHIT!Ian C.
