I gave you average because I move in the storage about the 25th of the month and was charged for the whole month and the same for when I moved out, payed on the first moved out on the 8th had to pay for the whole month. The excellent rated storages do all you do plus pro-rate your time in and out. Thank you.

Very unpleasant experience. My truck pickup location kept changing, self check-in wasn’t functioning (I had to check-in at the front counter.), appliance dolly I ordered wasn’t useful for my move (Too small!), access storage hours should be 24/7 (Big inconvenience!), directory map wasn’t accurate nor useful, locating/entering my storage building was extremely frustrating (Inaccurate and unhelpful instructions.), staff was rude and declined assisting because it wasn’t “7 o’clock,” storage unit was located upstairs (Why?! I have very heavy furniture.), the padlock wasn’t provided (Though I was told I’d be given one.), my truck drop-off location was several miles away (Again, why?! My UHAUL center is both a storage unit and a truck rental location.), video tutorials aren’t universal (Rules don’t apply to all locations.), I was overcharged (My truck rental rate was $100 more than what I was quoted over-the-phone.), and I did NOT receive my free first month storage rental (I was still charged $84 even after being assured that I wouldn’t.). I’m extremely unhappy and disappointed with U-HAUL! Will never rent with this company again.

Friendly staff, very helpful, and they provide informative emails about disposal of items you no longer need. The price for my unit was one of the lowest for the surrounding area. I also appreciate their efforts to help the dog and cat population as well. I would definitely use this place again and recommend it in the future.

The new staff is VERY RUDE! Pam has always been super nice but the new manager Katie is the rudest person and doesn’t care to work with anyone. If you’re late, they evict you even after being a customer for over 9 years. I wouldn’t recommend this storage place to absolutely anyone now!!!!!!!

I arrived at the time in location after hours so I was doing a digital turn-in. However, there was a locked gate so I had to do everything outside of the building. They had an emergency number to call, which are called at least a dozen times, no answer. I left many messages, not returned. There was no place to turn in the key. So, I had to give the key to my daughter to take back the next day because I didn't even live there. The next morning, around 8:30 something, I get a call from the storage place because they have no key. Key. They want me to rush and get the key, when I tried to turn it in last night. They said it was a black lock box on the side which I tried. However, the key would not fit. Now they act as if things have to be done urgently, like turning in that key, when they did not provide adequate accommodations for the truck return after hours. Hours. Horrible service.

The lady who I picked the uhaul up from was amazing 10/10. However she was new. So she didnt understand some of the paperwork. So when i dropped off a new lady was very rude and wasnt listening to what i was telling her. Also you guys over charged both my cards. I asked her to delete the card on file and i would pay the full with a different card. I paid $56 with said card and by the time i got home $88 dollars had been pulled from the card i asker her to remove. I have no idea where the number 88 even came from so now i have to call my bank. I will never rent from them again!!

Friendly staff, reasonable rates, convenient access. I would recommend, and would rent again if I need storage in the future. My only critique is that they need to resurface the main entry to their facility. Big pot-holes on both sides, and you can't get in or leave without hitting one or both. This is problematic when heading west on Reno, and trying to pull in when someone is behind you. Inevitably, when you put on your turn signal, the car behind you thinks you are pulling in to the gas station or just signaling for the intersection. I slow down when I pull in, to avoid the potholes. People tend to ride your rear, and I have been concerned about being rear-ended (just trying to protect my vehicle and load).

The people that work there were very helpful and very friendly when I was moving in they came by in cart to see if everything was the way I wanted it . When I went to load stuff up they came by to check on me . Most places I bet they don’t even leave office . Everything was clean. Good place

The vendor went over and above expected experience. Her patience
and assistance made a very difficult rental from Uhaul livable. If I had known how difficult that Uhaul has become I would have sought another vendor. I remember when I rented Uhaul in the past it was very simple not the long, drawn-out, gut-wrenching experience it is now. Entirely too much is expected from the customer to do a rental. I will need another rental in another 2 weeks and I will look for a company that doesn't expect me to do the job of their agent.
