Not charge me for gas when I returned it with more than I took it
Miguel AReservation was not in the system, did not have pads that we requested on-line during initial reservation process. Didn't have correct return address or city. Had to go to another location in Milwaukee to pick up pads and re-do reservation for correct drop off location. Never received a text for returning truck correctly so needed to go to location in Oshkosh yesterday morning to make sure things were in order. I don't believe that the individual at pick up location was responsible but whomever changed the initial reservation I had on Friday November 24th didn't follow through. Very disappointing and frustrating to have to spend additional time to go to two (2) locations, took us an additional hour because of this.

Dawit MI was provided no paperwork and even though I was asking to charge on my credit card I was also charged on the original source of payment despite my very clear directions not to do this because it was not a credit card.
Susan TDirty rental, tank not filled. Key retrieval was more difficult than needed to be. Key was inside gas station and I was accused of stealing the rental. Wasted valuable moving time and a giant inconvenience for me.
Kayla KI completed the check in process and entered the business to receive my keys. Counter person would not give me the keys as the dispatcher said I wasn't in the system. I called U-Haul and they said there shouldn't be a problem. Had to have U-Haul call the dispatcher to release keys. Took me 45 minutes to pick up the truck.
Eric RThe parking lot wasn't labeled well, but I could guess to park next to another haul truck. The parking spaces were very narrow to be parking a 15 ft truck. Not much space to get out of the truck.
Morgan BLocation was fine. The uhaul app was abysmal. Neither I nor the proprietor could get it to work or get anyone to help. I tried to use the chat function with little help and barely a response. It took over 2 hours to get this straightened out.
Cari DGas station clerk tried to make us repay for everything. Didn’t understand that we did it through our phone which is fine but he got angry with us and called his wife and I just kept telling him and showing him the reservation and he didn’t even say anything just looked at me. So I’m like ok we’re going to take it now? It was so weird and uncomfortable felt like I was stealing something I paid for already.
