I had no issues everything checked out great, I would recommend this location and service to anyone moving and they had everything ready and prepared for me.

mYIETCHA AThe service and equipment is very good. The location however is not a good location. There'd a high crime rate right behind the area and it's in an extremely high traffic area which increases the chances of an accident. The office itself is inside a laundromat that has been known to have crime.

Sakeema UI didn't see any moving supplies available at this location, which may be helpful to some people. Attendant was excellent and kind! Only thing I didn't like was going into the gate and finding my own truck. Pulling up by the attendant would've been much more efficient.

Tameria WThis is the second time I've been to this location since it's right next to where I live, but it doesn't seem compatible with the online customer experience. The first time I rented a dolly and then was told they don't even carry dollies at that location. So why could I rent one online? The second time I was told by mobile check-in to locate the vehicle before going to get the keys, but the U-Hauls are all kept behind a locked gate that when I walked past it because it was open the attendant got on my case for doing so and told me to get my equipment by going to the counter. Then at the counter he tried to tell me that I have to present my ID and my credit card even though online check-in says I don't need to. Customer service is questionable and the in-person experience isn't in line with what's communicated online. Very frustrating and uncomfortable. I shouldn't have to defend myself for following the steps in the online check-in.

Shanashia MCarlton was the person we dealt with on site. Warning! Office is a little difficult to find - it’s inside the laundromat but office is very clean. It is on major highway in Columbia. We had made a reservation and truck was ready for us to use when we arrived. Out the door in less than fifteen minutes. Same with checkin. After a long day of moving stuff in 95 degree heat, so glad within ten minutes we were ready to go home!! They are open seven days a week so very convenient.

EDWARD pPick up was a nightmare.
EBONY BThis is my preferred location, but the truck we picked up today had an empty beer can under the driver’s seat and a heavy smoke smell in the bed. We had to spray it down before loading our items in. Otherwise everything was as expected and worked well. I am grateful we were not pulled by the police as both the type of smoke and beer fan could have spelled trouble for us. My guess is he handed me a key from a truck he thought was ready and he meant to hand me the key to the truck parked next to the one we received.
