Th location was great. easy pick up and drop off. the booking through u haul sucks. the most disorganized company. I originally booked a 15 foot truck for sunday and was called sat. afternoon to be advised the location fornpick upbis not open Sundays . uhaul should not have assigned that location . anyways a horrible experience that u haul but the location I used was great.GREG S.

I booked with a different location. the evening before I got a call from u haul advising I had to pick up farther away. costing me more in mileage. The owner of the new location did call me and go over things and I did pick up a solid truck. my concern is the extra milage. feel like iam been Nickle and diemed by every one these days. I will go back to that location as they were positive. U haul corporate sucks. does not care on customers as us based and could give a shit on pick up locations.GREG S.

It was the entire experience that was poorly handled. The day before my rental I was contacted and asked for a favour to return the truck to Edmonton instead of stony plain. I was assured it was optional and I'd be helping uhaul out but it was fine to decline. I declined as it added 90 mins extra to my day and excess fuel charges. On pick up I was told I was to return the truck to Edmonton. The person attempted a fix saying I could drop off at a different stony plain address with a 24 hour drop box and given a number to call. Halfway through the move I called, I was told their is no drop off box and they were closing right away, closed the next day too. Given another number to call, where I found out I would be forced to take the uhaul to Edmonton for return, no extra expense covered but a 30 km credit. I was told to use online return and if I had trouble I could call the return in the next day. I attempted return 6 times before giving up to call the next day, each I received a time out error. I called uhaul directly to do the return and was told by the staff I had to be with the truck, I could not do it after leaving. I was told the wrong information time and time again. Very frustrating and stressful on top of moving. I was very disappointed with uhaul business practices.kathryn P.

They couldn't help me at all so I spent an hour just trying to pick up the truck! They had no record of my reservation and after I dropped off the truck and sent photos they called me and said they couldn't find the truck or the keys! The keys were in the drop box and the truck was parked beside the store! I then had to call back to see if they â€œfoundâ€ the truckAshley B.
Charged way more than quoted and Staff at RED not trained to rent out vehicles â€¦. We were quoted 79$ and had to pay 211.& change to pick it up â€¦ dropped it off a day early and staff could not refund money's paid! What a BS operation! Do not satisfied!geraldine S.

The owner was EXTREMELY nice and accommodating. He provided helpful advice to prevent overage fees and was overall pleasant to deal with. This is a stark contrast from an owner at the Spruce Grove (FiveStar) who was rude, impatient, and unprofessional. I would rent from Red Convenience in the future.Guanzhao C.
