Little improvement on returning
YAW A.The truck was in a non descriptive lot. The attendant gave us the keys but did not log that the vehicle was picked up. When I called to drop off, the csr rep had no idea that we had pick up the truck. Seems to be a disconnect between csr team and the lot. In addition, it's frustrating not knowing where we were to leave the truck at our destination. Not a call or follow up. I had to research where the local Uhual lot would be and called directly. I am disappointed in the level of service from uhaul
