I had a tire shred because it was bald and another that looked equally as bad. If I sent the uhaul trailer you will charge me for the damages, it’s expected that the equipment I’m renting isn’t a hazard to myself and other people.

Ensure that you allow adequate time at return of your equipment to allow for check in, and return the equipment clean, i.e. mop vans and clean out personal items. Real Deal is a small dealer and employees should not have to clean up behind irresponsible users.

Please use the stickers to mark where there is damage on the vehicle and ensure that the vehicle is refueled to full before its lent out again.

Improve the online aspect. I had multiple issues with trying to check in and out with my rental, otherwise I was happy overall and plan on using the service in the future.

The only reason I ended up at this location was because the location where I originally reserved my equipment didn't have it. So they sent me to another location that didn't have the accessories I ordered so I hooked up the trailer and had to go back to the first location. It was an auto repair shop with a few trailers.

I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I returned the truck very clean and swept out. I even videoed the entire truck to prove it yet you all charged the $25 fee anyways.

The trucks check engine light was on and the tires shook if you went over 55 mph. It was a very rough drive.

They were excessive charges, I always clean and gas the trucks when I use them Plus they Charged me for after hours turn in when they closed at 12 noon. I rent form U-haul Monthly and I only drove 22 miles this trip and was charged for gas I replaced

As a hearing impaired person, our conversations was challenged at first as well as how to upload the second drivers license. But all went well but the anxiety associated as a first time driver of a u haul l learned the importance of using both mirrors on the passenger side just prior to making a lane change✅. Overall the return caused me a little anxiety as well but customer service assured me the truck was returned and ✅ U Good! Thanks to everyone who supported this move.🙏

The people there were extremely rude. Acted like they didnt care about anything. The place has no sign to that displays the u haul name. It was very hard to find. I will definitely tell everybody I know not to rent from your company. On top of that I originally ordered a pick up truck from your airline blvd location and they rented to some body else. Also, at that store the people there acted like they didn’t care at all. No resolution to the problem they created. I would seriously look at your staffing and consider training or new employees. You lost me as customer and I will 100 percent never be back.

Real Deal Auto: If a customer chooses online check-in, please have all available moving supplies in the rented van/truck when you place the keys inside. Uhaul: If a customer chooses online check-in, please instruct on where to get moving supplies and/or have a section in the check-in process that reminds customers to retrieve those items.

If we are able to do it online — then do it all online. I have to reproduce all things via paper and wait another 10 minutes— and go in to get the keys! What a waste of my time!! The truck was sounding like it was a bucket of bolts ready to blow away in the wind. I will use someone else for the price and the hassle that was created. Why should I go to Uhaul? Dirty facility, poor customer service and lack luster products as an expensive price. I have choices and will NOT choose Uhaul again.

We have always had success renting from UHAUL, clean vehicles, reasonable rates. One major downfall, we would never rent through the virtual (App) process. We wasted over 60min between trying to get the App to release the vehicle and then we ended up having to complete the transaction through an agent over the phone. Lesson learned, we will be dealing in person with a representative.

Drove it home to start packing and got in it the next day and I had to jump the battery cause it died. Everytime you turn the truck on it puts you in tow mode.

The 26ft truck I rented had no power steering. It was extremely tough to maneuver to park in the neighborhood to unload. The lift door looked like it was rusting out. And a tire on the very back right side had a big gash into it. Feared it would pop possibly.

The truck was dangerous to drive when you hit the brakes it jerks to the left. Tried calling uhaul several times only to get disconnected when being transferred. I am very disappointed. I will never use uhaul again!

When I went to pick up my reservation, they weren’t prepared at all. Tank was less than 1/4 full, had nothing on their side of the reservation ready, apparently the truck I reserved wasn’t a one way truck which the website allowed me the option of, and it costs me 20 dollars more than the cost was when I reserved it.

The key was too big to fit in drop box, I had to put it in garage drop. Also, I did have a dead battery, easy enough to jump on a cold morning, but it was not expected.

Initially, the U-haul car dolly seemed okay. However, within an hour of driving we noticed one of the lights of the car dolly was hanging down by its wire. We immediately pull over to also discover the other light was compleletly missing. We weren't driving on an abnormally bumpy terrain--it was just a Virginia highway. We had to take one of our shoe laces to tie on the one remaining light so we should make it to a gas station. Once at the gas station we had to buy duct tape to further secure the light and we bought a second light to ensure that we would not be pulled over for a missing tail light. Hours later the duct tape started coming off in the wind and we had to stop at a walmart for zip ties and gorilla tape. All in all this car dolly added a couple hours to our trip because it began falling apart from the get-go. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing that U-Haul gave us a car-dolly in such a condition.
