We had no contact with any of the personnel at the location. We dropped off the trailer over the New Years weekend and called to leave a message but was unable to do so or receive any instructions. Location was close to where we moved to so that was a plus.

RUSSELL SWhen we went to pickup the rental, no one was on site that could help. Had to wait about 45 minutes before able to get the truck. Person in office was rude and clearly felt interrupted.

Ken SThe destination facility simply does not have adequate space to pull in a full-sized pickup truck and trailer. They asked me to drop the trailer on the city right-of-way across the street from their location. The lack of space onsite required numerous other trailers to be park off the premises as well. The staff was very accommodating to me as a customer, but I doubt that leaving trailers on a city right-of-way is the right thing to do.

Keith FClean it out before giving it to someone else. It had someone else’s trash in it and was very dirty. On top of that there were roaches crawling everywhere in it. I have pictures to prove it.

Charles BTruck was not adequately checked before being rented. Check engine light came on within 15 miles after pickup. Although uhaul said to continue using vehicle, it made noise in the transmission and did not operate normally.

Amber HIf A customer pays for A product they need, please give it to them, or refund their money. If A truck is not there when promised, and the customer has to drive back another 39 mins. Maybe offer a discount on the uhaul.

Bryan KThe truck and car hauler that was rented had mechanical issues, the steering was warn out and very hard to keep in the road, the universal joints in the driveline was clinking and the the trailer had a bad barring that was screaming, a less experienced driver wouldn't have made it, overall it was a interesting experience.
Donald Wthe lot was full of cars, trucks and trailers. Small road was tough to navigate when moving the rented trailer to an alternate drop off site. Staff made it doable, thankfully.

Arnold SFix the leaking truck we rented. It rained on my stuff and ruined a couple of things.
LARRY Jthe trailer we rented was filthy outside.....not much better inside! I only needed to rent the trailer for 3 days, but i had to pay for 4 days...! I really don't appreciate ads that say PER DAY but yet we had to pay a 4-day minimum, even after dropping the trailer off a FULL DAY early! I will NOT every use UHAUL again.....!
