Richard was extremely rude on every phone call that we had. He was annoyed with any question I asked and overall our business of renting felt like an inconvenience to him. The truck was not washed, had dirt and debris in the cargo space and was not fully fueled (7/8 of a tank). I will never recommend this pickup location to anyone. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Uhaul app is a complete mess and had a hard time using it to pick up the truck. Owner of the location showed up and was really helpful

Asked for an appliance dolly. None was provided - noted that on getting vehicle (sent pictures, et al). Returned vehicle early, u-haul attempted to bill for appliance dolly - submitted dispute. Get final receipt billing me for dolly. I will never again use a unmanned u-haul location. Too many things can go wrong, and i grt stuck with a bill for services/equipment not provided.

I will be hard pressed to recommend uhaul to anyone. The last to rentals have been charged over 500.00 for things that were not correct.

Empty parking lot in a strip center with no business. Very poor cell reception for AT&T mobile. If you don’t have the app to self return you are out of luck. No attendant.

Dolly was not in the trailer and no one was at the office at 9 when I came back to pick up since I picked up the U-Haul an hour before opening. I was also called and accused of taking multiple keys from the lock box when there was only one key in the box. When I explained the situation, the manager came off as if I was lying about the situation and abruptly ended the call. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

Move to a different location where people aren’t camping in the lot next door in a broken down camper & a tarp over another “dwelling.” I was not successful in checking in the pickup I rented. It was difficult to bounce back & forth between getting a 6 digit code to the uhaul checking the vehicle back in site. The owners were not at the site even though there was a sign on the door that said open. I had to call them on my phone. The location the vehicle was at did not feel like a safe place to be. Street people walking back & forth in front of the business and a person living in the “dwelling” was riding back & forth on his motorized bicycle & it was difficult to hear the business owners on my phone with that racket. The pickup was fine , ran great & did the job I needed it for.

What a very nice and friendly staff. They knew exactly what they were doing I will never go to another U-Haul place unless it’s this one. I also want to say I found them by surprise because I rented out another U-Haul and made reservations for it and when I got to their location they had nothing available for me when I saw six U-Haul vehicles out in their lot. They then wanted to send me across town to go pick up a U-Haul that I only need it for an hour. As I was driving to look for another U-Haul location I found them right around the corner. Less than 2 blocks away and that was a big blessing. Not sure why the original place did not speak of this one or maybe it was a trick to try to charge me more mileage but when I noticed this U-Haul location the ladies inside were wonderful to me and I give them 10 stars. Thank you so much for everything.

My representative was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He took care of my transaction with ease. I would definitely book there again. The real area that needs help sadly, is on the corporate side. Specifically, the online booking. It's been problematic for well over two years and doesn't seem to be getting better. Something the gurus in the IT department should take a look at.

I will never recommend your company to anyone or use the service ever again they will rob you steal your money falsify document and treat you like crap when you call customer service hung up on by management ignored phone calls not returned and on the 4th open investigation still no results I would write 0 but I can't I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau location was covered in homeless drug addicts syringe was found inside back of truck I have never been treated so poorly and all my life

the first location i reserved was closed and customer service had to change my reservation to another location that was way out of my way. it added 2 hrs to my rental because of time lost and changing locations. the customer service said they would give me extra miles but that didn't pay for the lost time and headache of things going wrong on your end.

The agent was a nice guy but i think they shpuld have been better informed on equipment. What to use and what not to use when its too worn out. Just because customer paid for all the insurance does not mean Its all good. Customers beware because all that you would pay for only covers uhaul equipment. For example any damage to your vehicle even if it is on their tow dolly they will not take responsibility for it. And roadside assistance is no assistance at all the will be more concerned about the payment to send someone to help you. even the agent stated that its mostly for your tires or when you have any problems with the tires. Its should be tire assistance not roadside assistance.

I'm never going back to this location. The information with the truck did not match up with the system and we were charged an extra 20 fee. I don't need problems on moving day

On the positive side, I was able to leave my full U-Haul at the location overnight as my moving help was not to arrive until the next evening. On the negative side, I called the day prior to confirm someone would be there to assist with unhooking the auto transport. No one was there and it was during posted business hours. I was able to figure it out on my own because I paid attention when they originally hooked everything up.

On the positive side, the person was accommodating, as I asked to leave the loaded truck there overnight because my movers weren't coming until the next evening. I had an auto transport and wanted to just drive my car around town, rather than a full U-Haul. On the negative side, I called the day before I was going to drop the auto transport and he said he would be there to help. He was not and I had to figure it out on my own. Fortunately I was able to do so and had been paying attention when the people originally hooked it up.
