The owner of this establishment called and yelled,threatened,and cussed at me for dropping my truck off in the wrong location. Threatened he was going to charge my card 800$ for it. Also, he accused me of not leaving the tow dolly with the truck, and I just received a bill with additional charges for “returning the truck 7 days late” which is absolutely fabricated. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

his computer was down--the truck had been returned saturday and he hadnt logged it in as returned--he had to do all that b4 he could rent it to me--we had to go aross the street to get our receipt because he couldnt print anything--it took over an hour to complete

The truck brakes were awful ,they need service e badly,and there was something wrong with the carburetor of the vehicle.It felt like i would accelerate and then the truck kind of died down and missed before resuming acceleration. The truck is gonna break down on someone soon and needs to be checked out starting with the carburetor computer module . Luckily it didnt break down on me but I was wary the whole time

I had a great experience. I picked up the trailer at a small family owned garage and I felt welcome. The man was professional. I also had very little wait time despite him working on multiple vehicles and checking out multiple uhaul rentals. Overall top notch service will rent from this location again.

Very rude representative when I called to make reservation. When I arrived at location , had to wait 30 minutes to get the rental. The guy was very disgruntled and rude. Horrible experience with U-Haul. I hope I never have to use another one!

Put people in a position to make customer service decisions. Of all the uhaul people I had to talk to this past three weeks, no one person could make a decision that would or could help me, the customer. I am retired Navy and have used your company many time, but this was the worst experience I have ever had. Highly disappointed in uhaul as a company.

Have the equipment ready for me at the location (Shreveport) i requested a week prior. And don't send me to Carthage saying it's there and once I get there it's not. Then don't charge me to fill up the tank when I didn't receive it full ( I left it with the same gas I got it with). And sent me off with a bad tire on the trailer

I did not have a good experience at location in Timpson Tx UHAUL 53273. First off the worker Jerry was very rude. My dad and I waited 30 minutes while he performed an oil change before being serviced. Then he proceeded to tell us he didn't have any trucks available- he didn't bother asking if we had a reservation, which we did. Then he argues with me about adding safe move, which was already on reservation, he added the safe move plus which ended up overcharging my card. When asked about it he was angered that he had to call Uhaul and fix his error. He didn't go over contract with us, nor was he knowledgeable about what contract included. I wanted to clarify mileage and he didn't know where to find it & was annoyed that I asked. I would rather carry every piece of furniture I own on my back before going back to this rental location.

This by far the worst place, the older gentleman that was helping me was extremely rude and in fact he cursed at me for asking a simple question and his response was “ you to God damn complicated” and a few more words.. I was charge for an extra two days which I was told it was supposed to be only 1 extra day as my return date was supposed to be anytime on the 25th I had called on the 25 th to make sure and that is what I was told. Will make sure I let everyone I know not to step a foot on my drop off location extremely unprofessional

The attendant was very rude. He was snappy with an aggressive voice. He threw my credit card on the table towards me. I had to drive behind the office to get the tow dolly. I had to drive back to the office because a trailer was in front of it. He called somebody to come move it. He never came out or helped. I had to buy an adapter before the lights would work and the break light on the driver side still didn't work. It had a hole in the cover over the wheel also. I will never go back there and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Terrible Service and Treatment!!!!

Make sure the next customer needs to be prepared to wait and hour to be acknowledged he is there, and also let him know he will need a 4x4 truck to get through the mudd where they park the trailers!! If I ever need a U-Haul again I'll drive past this one to the next town and hope for better customer service.

Check for leaks in the compartment over cab for leaks. The truck I had leaked from the top and soaked some box's and some of my stuff. But the truck and u-haul business was great

Phantom “cleaning” charges added. Truck was returned completely empty and clean. Phantom gas charged. Truck was returned at same level is was picked up at. Extra charges will be disputed through credit card. RB's also has the wrong address listed. Terrible place. Terrible experience. Never again.

The gentleman said we could drop trailer off on Monday being they wouldn't be open over the weekend but still charged an extra day. Rented on Saturday and only put around 40 miles on it. Very unhappy. Don't like lies and played havoc on checking account not knowing when I dropped it off was still told all good.

On line check in did not go through. I never received an acknowledgement. Called customer service on the 31st several times no one ever answered the phone. Called on the 1st and finally choose the rent new equipment option and finally spoke to someone who told me that they could not see that I had retuned the trailer, but not to worry it will get checked when the store opened. Not very good customer service!

I was unable to do the return on my IPhone and I even have WiFi on my vehicle. Tried for over 20 min and finally had to call U-Haul to tell me what I needed to do. Other than this issue everthing was excellent.

Call to verify drop off location for my return. My drop off was due during a time when the location was closed. I was told just drop it off and they would check in on Monday. I dropped off a day early, and 5 days later I received an email notice of non-drop off. I had to make calls to get final receipt.
