Christopher LThere's nothing here to improve. Honestly one of the most well-kept Vehicles I've seen in a very long time. I had a mishap with which one was mine and quickly resolved that. Did Emanuel check in because the application didn't work either I would say they performed above and beyond.

Lucius AThere were many mechanical issues with the truck. The ramp was extremely hard to pull all the way out and push back in. Had to go back in to get the appliance dolly as it wasn’t in the truck already, so I wouldn’t have been able to do the contact free check-out. When I went to check it back in the gate was shut and locked and there was no instructions on what to do after hours. I had to Facebook message them and ask to which they said park it across the street and put the keys in the Dropbox.
STEPHANIE WEquipment needs to be cleaned and maintained. Windshield was very dirty and no washer fluid. Check engine light was on entire time. First vehicle they gave me had bald tires on passenger rear.
Jeff HWe were set up for this location to drop off as it had 24/7 drop off. It was not due back until 8:30am on Tuesday, but we were finished with it by 730pm Monday night. When we arrived, the gate was locked and you could not access the lot. However, there was a drop box for the key on the fence. The only location to park it would have been across the street on a lot not owned/leased by Rays Auto Works. We did not feel safe doing that overnight, so we had to drive it back home. We ended up having to add more gas the next morning because of this, but thankfully we were still right at our allotted mileage. When we arrived back at 8am, the same scenario as the night before. We ended up doing the self checkout and parking it across the street in the hopes that it would be picked up by Rays Auto when they opened at 9am. This location should NOT be allowed to have 24/7 customer return if the property cannot be accessed after hours.

christal wWhen I received the U-Haul, the fuel tank was almost empty. I think the trucks should be checked more thoroughly before they are rented out to customers.

Shatoya SThey didn’t even do a walk-through of the truck before giving it to me. He look inside the gas,& mileage, the mileage wasn’t even correct. I submitted a picture for that the truck was not clean, full of sand and glass, and upon leaving the back door was wide open. I had to stop and close it upon returning the truck I’m guessing it was after hours on a Sunday. The location is completely fenced in locked down leaving only a space to park the truck across the street and drop the key in the U-Haul box after they sent me a receipt and stole $45.50 from my bank account saying that it was for gas but I return the truck out full I will never go back to them and I have complained and called Uhaul directly because the mileage doesn’t even add up to the amount of gas truck Nothing But Thieves at this location

Ryan SWaited 1.5 hours for the vehicle. The vehicle was supposed to be dropped off at 12:00 so I could pick it up at 1:00. I ended up getting it at 2:45. They said the gas had a quarter tank more than it actually did. The cargo are was filled with dirt, screws, and wood shavings. The pick up facility was basically an auto garage/ salvage yard

Donald SSo the only complaint I have is the over charging. I told the Uhaul person that I was doing a one way trip. Told him where I'd be dropping the truck off, and said I don't take express ways. He gave me 61 miles to complete the trip. When I left I realized there was no wiggle room. So just stopping for food cost me 11miles at a dollar a pop! A little unfair.
Wade wNot sure but the service was efficient. The office could use a face lift and improvement to accommodate customers. Ray knows what he’s doing.
