Very unprofessional location. The owner wouldn't come out of the building. People 'hanging out' in the area helped us hook up - incorrectly. I had it fixed at another location. This location shouldn't rent for you.

ZACHARY R.The attendant who took my reservation never signed the van back in so I was charged nearly 600 dollars in fees. Speaking with customer service about it was fine and it was escalated to upper management who refunded my money but then charged me about 120.00 for 148 Miles when I only used the van for for a local job totaling ten miles and 90 minutes of use time. I will likely not use uhaul ever again because of the run around I've been getting from customer service.

MARCIA B.First, my reservation was bumped to this location. Second, after arriving to this location they had a problem with application of my reservation. Next after returning the vehicle, the owner could not find his cell phone to check the truck back in. Plus, he commented that his cell phone had died. Also, the ordor of marijuana on the premises. Finally, I was charged $78.00+ dollars for 2 1/2 hrs. and under 10 miles. I will never use Uhaul in the future, especially when you cheat people. I understand that they independently operated, but this is a piss poor ass representation of Uhaul and I hold you all responsible.

Alberta M.Well after we had been driving from Jacksonville, Fl 5 plus hrs and had to go back 1hr 30 min to the house where the refrigerator was going because there was A huge miscommunication ( no one there to complete the process) caused the pick up of my refrigerator I had been waiting for over 6 months to be delayed. Although I was able to return the next day to the location and complete the pick up of my appliance, I feel a discount should have been offered.
