The man I dealt with at Raymans Auto (in St. Louis, MO) where I was scheduled to pick up the trailer was beyond extremely rude. He kept trying to tell me I had added extra items when I made the reservation that I had not added. He said he could not alter the reservation items and I was going to have to pay for them. I told him I would not pay for items I know I didn’t request. I even showed him my confirmation I received via email. It showed exactly what I had requested and the price I would be charged. He said it was not his problem and that U-Haul had strict policies and he could not alter it. He kept interrupting me when I was trying to talk and saying “ma’am, I’ve told you I can’t help you”. He also said I had not filled out the online form correctly, that I hadn’t entered my address, he rudely said “all you entered was 9715, that isn’t even a street, don’t you know your own address) and then said I hadn’t entered my Drivers License number. I have rented from U-Haul for 10 years and I have never been asked to enter my DL number on a reservation form. I told him that and Told him furthermore I would never give that info online I again showed him the confirmation email I received clearly showing my name, address, the type of trailer etc. at that point he still insisted that I was wrong and that I had not done these things. I had the confirmation printed out and in my hand, I do not understand how he could still insist I did everything wrong. He was sarcastic and belittling me. I don’t know if maybe he has a problem with women or what. After about an hour of arguing with him, he finally said he would do ME a favor and go against U-Haul policy and change everything and only charge me the $18.95 fee for the 5’x8’ trailer I had reserved. I was highly insulted by that comment because he was NOT doing me a favor he was honoring the reservation I had. I knew he was lying about everything the entire time I was talking to him. He was arrogant, deceitful, condescending, sarcastic, belittling and rude. I will NEVER EVER do business with them again. Unfortunately if this is the type of person and company U-haul contracts with I have to consider whether I want to do business with U-Haul again.

The service was great. Raymond did an excellent job of guiding me thru the rental and return process and he was very helpful in choosing the correct vehicle. I chose Raymond’s auto over other u-hall rental spots closer to my home Alan W.

Mr Raymond was very professional and prompt with my order, I originally had an online appointment but the internet was over crowded, but he handed everything for me, with limited problems. Great job

The guy was polite when I walked in but that's where the service stopped. Was storming and he didnt bother to help with hooking up the trailer. I ended up getting soaked along with my wife trying to get the pin out of the way and lifting the car hauler onto my hitch 3 times unsuccessfully. I went in to Express my need for help but he was busy facing papers. Qe left and canceled the reservation.then uhaul found me a different location and then this guy called us back to say if we came back, he would help. He helped and continued to insult me as he did som then we left..

Location did not open until 9:00am reservation was for 8:00 am. I was instructed to pick up at this location when I requested a location much closer to my residence. My instructions did no include the fact that the location was 12 miles away and it didn’t open till 9

We are frequent Uhaul renters and unfortunately, our normal place of business was booked. The service at this established was subpar. The representative didn’t assist in ANY capacity. Thank goodness for a Good Samaritan ,who was also hooking up his own equipment , who was gracious enough to help us. Needless to say, I will never,never utilize this establishment.

First off he complain the whole time waiting on me. Saying things like who booked my reservations. I had told him that I have booked it through uhaul.com and he kept complaining about how the person booked my reservations did it wrong and didn't put certain information in the computer. He just went on and on about it too long. Also he never brought the truck upfront yo me to do the walk-throug. He actually told me to go get the truck from the back and the truck number was above on the right side. I thought that was very unprofessional by me renting U-Haul trucks for over 20 years and never experienced once where I had to go and get the truck from the back and bring it up front. He did not even do a walk-through with me with the vehicle to see if there were any damages mileage gas Etc. During the return of the truck he stood inside and watch me on the lot and then lock the door 10 minutes before closing while I was getting my belongings out of the trucks putting into my vehicle he was standing in the window watching me and then lock the door 10 minutes before closing and never came outside to say anything. Once I knocked on the door he came out and told me to put the key in the Box and then he said we are close and as I was putting the key in the Box he said just give me the keys and then he started the truck up and parked it and told me I was done. Never did a walk-through anything with me once again for the second time. He basically did the walkthrough when he parked the truck away from me. Very unprofessional!
