The truck was completely on E! and I was told that i needed to put my own gas and my gas will be refunded and never was.

I had to wait two hours pass my reservation time for the guy to show up I got charged more than I was supposed. To he apologized and said there wouldn’t be extra cost because I had to wait two hours for him

The employee we got the keys from was clearly homeless & on drugs. The truck was not cleaned before we got it. My 15 year old son left his wallet in the truck and by the time we realized it, there were almost $300 worth of charges on his debit cards so clearly it has been stolen. I also got an email saying that I never returned the truck. Got that cleared up with the regional manager who was very helpful.

Truck interior was dirty from previous user. I had to clean it before i returned it to prevent being charged cleaning fee.

No one was there during the regular listed business hours so we had to drop the key in the night depository. I would prefer to drop off to a real live human.

Not an actual Uhaul location, more so a parking lot in the middle of nowhere. Nobody was there at 11 am (their claimed business hours) to provide us with the keys to the truck or the dollies. The phone number provided by customer service is not the actual phone number of the business and points to a robocall that claims that "you won $100". The furniture pads that we paid for were also not available at this location.

Pulled up and the placed was nearly trashed. A ton of men standing around drinking and smoking. When I got there I was greeted while the man was smoking a blunt. When we went inside for paperwork and keys I had to wait on him to get off the phone, have a couple of conversations with people and he was still smoking from some type of pipe thing the whole time. I have bad asthma so I had to keep stepping outside.

The location was in a horrible area after staying all hole with the reservations for almost an hour this location was last resort my overall experience with U-Haul was unacceptable several calls to customer service for one reservation needs significant improvement

Very unprofessional location. The owner wouldn't come out of the building. People 'hanging out' in the area helped us hook up - incorrectly. I had it fixed at another location. This location shouldn't rent for you.

The attendant who took my reservation never signed the van back in so I was charged nearly 600 dollars in fees. Speaking with customer service about it was fine and it was escalated to upper management who refunded my money but then charged me about 120.00 for 148 Miles when I only used the van for for a local job totaling ten miles and 90 minutes of use time. I will likely not use uhaul ever again because of the run around I’ve been getting from customer service.

First, my reservation was bumped to this location. Second, after arriving to this location they had a problem with application of my reservation. Next after returning the vehicle, the owner could not find his cell phone to check the truck back in. Plus, he commented that his cell phone had died. Also, the ordor of marijuana on the premises. Finally, I was charged $78.00+ dollars for 2 1/2 hrs. and under 10 miles. I will never use Uhaul in the future, especially when you cheat people. I understand that they independently operated, but this is a piss poor ass representation of Uhaul and I hold you all responsible.

Well after we had been driving from Jacksonville, Fl 5 plus hrs and had to go back 1hr 30 min to the house where the refrigerator was going because there was A huge miscommunication ( no one there to complete the process) caused the pick up of my refrigerator I had been waiting for over 6 months to be delayed. Although I was able to return the next day to the location and complete the pick up of my appliance, I feel a discount should have been offered.
