Do not use this location. They were not able to provide me with the resources I needed to be able to move my Uboxes on single trailers (which I could haul with my own car). So, I had to rent an additional truck and spend nearly $500 more on that rental and gas to move my items.

There was dirt on the floor of the truck and the truck was not ready to go. I had to take it across town to get wipers replaced. I did not get the truck I asked for and the truck I got was way too big. This probably cost me way more in fuel.

I was forced to put insurance on the U-Haul trailer before I could even rent it which is absurd and the manager forced me to put a 9 dollar insurance on the trailer

Wasn't this locations fault the vehicle was in poor mechanical condition. It was there fault for not following up why the vehicle was turned in late and 300 miles shy of its intended destination. Mayne they should check with the other offices that were contacted and not immediately Screw the customer. Like I said glad I own trucks and trailers thought the uhaul would be beneficial and save money. I clearly was wrong. Never again will I make this $1000 mistake. Literally moved nothing with this truck.

The tow strap on the right side were wrapped opposite than it should be so had a hard time unwrapping it. Need to check that before renting it out.

The drop off was super easy and hassle free. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my account was pulled up and the return process was started immediately. Super efficient and easy return process. Great team!

We dropped out trailer off at the Farmington nm location and the women who was there unhitched the trailer and the trailer rolled forward and damaged our jeep bumper. We still haven’t heard back from their insurance company.

In all, my items were well taken care of and the people I talked to and worked with were friendly. Because of some issues I cannot give any better than an average grade. There were a few issues with this service. First, I ordered 5 boxes that were delivered one at a time and then picked up as I loaded. No furniture pads were brought to me until the last box was delivered. I ended up using my own bedding to protect the furniture. Second, One of the boxes had the door hanging by just one screw at the top. I had to wait two days before they came out to repair the door before I could load anything into it. The guy I was working with on that end was very nice and willing to fix the door but it was inconvenient to have to wait while I was packing up my house. Third, I was told that the boxes would be delivered to my new door step. Upon arriving, they said that the delivery service was not available in my area. I am a single woman moving to a place where I do not know anyone, this was the only reason I went with the boxes so that I could have them brought to me. They said I would be getting a call to resolve the issue within 72 hours. I never received such call, so I ended up finding my own people to collect the boxes and bring them to my new home. No compensation, no nothing in that regards. My suggestion, make sure all is in black and white and then recheck again before you say yes to their services.

Representative took so long getting to me so it cut my 24 hours to use the vehicle by an extra 30-45 min. This made it difficult to get the Uhaul back on time with the more limited time frame.

This location closed at NOON on Saturday, August 14, 2021 and these are regular hours for this location on Saturdays. Saturdays are prime times for people to use rental equipment for all types of needs, including return of rental equipment. Even though there is a web based check in, the security box, did NOT look secure and as there was an issue with the truck wiper blades, this needed to be addressed in person. Very disappointed in this locations customer service hours which is located on main location on Main Street in Farmington, NM. Therefore, had to return the equipment to another local dealer that was open until 5 PM and who addressed the wiper blade issue and truck return with great customer service. I do think there should be some type of credit to my account due to this equipment not being in proper working order and was not easily be noticed on initial inspection at time of rental pick-up.

Probably have a jack of some sort jack to lift the trailer onto the my ball hitch, I'm 50 years old and that trailer was very heavy to lift, which was very inconvenient and unsafe. The dogs in the facility were a huge distraction. Overall it is a great place to rent a u haul and the lady working there was generous an nice.

I picked up my U-boxes on 28 April and returned them the same day and I was still charged in the month of June. Why? Would appreciate it if someone would call me and give me a credit for the month of June. Thank you
