Needed a van to move furniture and was sure there would be lots of red tape and hidden fees, WRONG! This location is amazing and make it easy to rent a vehicle. Adrian was amazing and very professional, I will use this location again and will recommend to my friends that need to rent a vehicle for moving. Great experience.

Fast and easy process. Felt a little uneasy as it was my first time, but didn't run into any snags. Things that were strange: 1. I wasn't able to find my size vehicle and time. I should be shown available vehicles at my requested time of pickup. I shouldn't have to try every location with HOPES that you find one that fits. 2. Some locations had an indicator, that I may not get the vehicle size i requested, but go ahead and pay for it, and hope things work out. Tell me what may happen in my favor, but do not surprise people with smaller vehicles - they've usually thought this through. 3. The man behind the counter at time of pickup asked me if I wanted to get the $14 insurance that I already agreed to online. Why? Am I getting charged twice, or do your systems just not translate this info?

Reserved a 26 ft . Went to pick up and there wasn't one to pick up, we'll at least one that worked. Was a reservation for 24 hrs. Ended up getting a small truck and had to return it in 9 hours. Couldn't finish moving. Thanks a lot

I've tried to avoid this gas station as much as possible over the years because of the unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Ricardo has zero customer facing skills, and shouldn't be in a position where he has to talk to the general public!! I avoid this place because of this reason. However, I needed a truck to urgently collect some furniture, and this is very close to my house. I walked in and he wasn't wearing a masks! The young guy behind the counter was, but under his noise! I asked Ricardo to put on a masks, which he did after going around the back. He simply has no idea how to talk to customers, I would fire him if he worked for me. No, I would never have taken him on in the first place! Then there was the truck, it smelt badly of cigarettes, and the glass was very dirty like the thing hadn't been cleaned in a while. When I got home, I wiped down the steering wheel and everything else that I was going to touch, and the wipes were black from dirt! In these times of COVID19, I expect people to take care in making sure that the cars/trucks are clean, AND to abide by the law when it comes to wearing masks in public places!! When i returned the truck, there was another customer sat in there with him, neither of them wearing masks, then there were others also in there not wearing masks. The place it dirty, and the staff are rude and unfriendly. I shall NEVER put myself through this again there. I will drive to another location to rent a U-Haul truck. Nothing against U-Haul, never had issues elsewhere, just this place. I would remove their ability to be a U-Haul center, but that's just me.

Employee was passive aggressive. I arrived and dolly wasn't in the truck as ordered. It was parked out back whereas two others ready to go were in front for others. I arrived on time also. In addition the employee wasn't wearing a mask and kept inviting me behind the counter to show me the computer; as I was putting on my mask he became slightly impatient... also made me load the dolly after picking it out. It literally took me 30 minutes to get the truck which this location is very low volume... it shouldn't have taken this much time and the guy is definitely a health risk factor as well as passive aggressive in tone. One example is I asked why I had two bills printed and he raised his voice at me, interrupting me mid sentence and saying “it's temporary hold, not the official bill.” I understand he might have to explain this to all and it's redundant, but to raise your voice to a customer and interrupt is quite odd. Again, no mask...pandemic...

The location was great. My issue is that they let me reserve and pay for a large truck online. As soon as my payment went through, they called and informed me they didn't have any trucks that size in the area. Why did they let me pay for it and why did they advertise it on their website? Shady. Wish I would have gone with another company.

I called three different locations, and none of them knew about the pre-tow inspection that your website requires. In addition, the two I contacted about adding towing lights to he towed vehicle either didn't know about it, or said it wasn't required, despite being in the Uhaul instructions, AND THE LAW, in the area we drove through.

The truck was beat up and old. The a/c did not work well. The location kept all the keys inside even though it was a “mobile pick up” scheduled ahead of time. The lot was disorganized and hard to find/ drop off equipment. Also had to return the keys inside, thus it was not a cobalt less transaction as requested.

The location did a fine job. But, I find U Haul pricing misleading. You advertise a 15 foot truck for $29.99, but that doesn't include insurance which adds considerably to the price (and I'm pretty sure that you carry insurance on your equipment) and then there is a mileage charge of $1 per mile. I paid almost $50 more than the advertised price to drive your truck less than 20 miles.

The staff at Ray Mini Mart was the only thing that redeemed my experience. The van was in a different location that what was shown on the website so that was confusing, then the website was "under maintenance" when I came to arrive to pick up my van. It was extremely stressful until an associate at Ray Mini Mart helped me.

Dealt with Ricardo he was great and very knowledgable, equipment was very clean, mechanically not so good. I picked up the truck on Thursday early afternoon was able to make one trip, on Friday morning the truck wouldn't start for me to complete my job,few hours later it did start and immediately called to let them know the problem and that I was bringing it back. Finally made it back to the original destination. Explained the problem, I was told that they are aware of the issue it does it sometimes.

The first time I rented from Ray Mini Mart went so well. So yesterday when I needed to haul home another purchase, used their service again. I have to say, it went equally as well. Was able to rent a trailer that I needed, The process was smooth. Rey, they employee that helped me was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the Ray Mini Mart as a location to rent a Uhaul product.

Rented a open trailer; some of the connectors to lock the chains and rear gate pins were missing. Trailer was parked kinda on the side walk area and no one helped to move it to "hook-up" location. Trailer was very hot due to the sun; however, "renter person" did lone me some gloves to use.

Initially my reservation wasn't found in the system upon arrival and when we returned the truck without using the one dolly that was on the truck, still in place with the bright Green zip ties, on my final bill I was charged for not only one but two utility dolly's. I had originally reserved two, and was informed by the gentleman that signed the truck out to us that as long as the green zip ties were left in place we wouldn't be charged. Imagine my surprise when I saw the final charges included the use of two dolly's. Apparently my original reservation was found when it came time to charge my card!

Experience was excellent from the time I picked it up right up until I brought it back and was treated horribly by the attendant. I will not return to this property for rental and will likely be renting from a different service all together. Gave 2 stars only because the pick up was easy and the truck was ready, clean, and working when I arrived. It would have been 5 stars if not for the unnecessarily horrendous customer service on return.

The truck provided had a drivers side door handle that did not work from the outside, air conditioning didn't work well and the back door of truck opened very quiclky and hard that the latch would get displaced and would not be able to pull door down. This truck was not a safe truck.

Overall good experience. Busy location. Equipment was clean and well maintained overall. Was shorted a pad wrap, no big deal. Padlock on truck wouldn't latch but that was my fault for not checking it before leaving. Check out was a little rushed because store was busy, but the staff was professional and polite. I would easily rent from them again.
