Both Ray and Luis are are well organized, efficient and friendly. When I had an issue with the size truck I ordered, Ray was able to update my reservation quickly and accurately. I have used this location before and will definitely be using them again!Amalia G.

I believe I was charged twice for my trailer rental. Every representative I've talked to says their records indicate that they only charged me once, however I know I did not rent $125 worth of trailer time. The customer service at this location was beyond poor. They were unfriendly and seemed out of too do anything on the rental. The drivers license was not uploaded on the app and we were told that we had to do it ourselves in order to complete the rental. They were dismissive and did not honor a military discount. I have had many rentals through uhaul. This is the first time that the discount was not honored. I called the customer service department and multiple other local numbers trying to get it taken care of. I spent over an hour on hold with these phone calls. My first call I was on hold for 30 minutes only to be told that I needed to talk to another department. They hold time was an additional 20 minutes. And that was just the first call. The attendant did not do a walk around with the truck. It was highly damaged without â€œxâ€ on many areas of damage. I have already told someone who inquired about the truck not to rent from this location. Being poor.Jenn M.

The improvement for the next customer should target first the vehicle. The vehicle DEFINITELY requires alignment and shocks on rear. This was a small concern. The MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT was the attendant, Mr. Ricardo. Upon returning to check balance , the transaction was not completed due to him insisting to manually input card. I then decided to return with cash. Upon returning, to pay balance, Ricardo merely gave me card and stated, "You have to call the number to pay. He did not explain the reason. Upon contacting the representative, he informs, payment should be made where I rented equipment. I explained in detail what transpired. He apologized and gave a physical address that should take payment in a different city. I have conducted business with UHAUL in 2009, 2017, & 2018. Never a discrepancy until now. This is an added Stressor. I suffer PTSD and I prefer order as much as humanly possible. I worked 16 years RETAIL and Ricardo has low interpersonal skills.Teresa W.

The insulation foam around the drivers door was not attached and therefore had to be tucked into the frame each time you got out of the truck My truck gas level was at just at the 3/4 level when I picked up the truckTheta W.

On the Yelp listing make sure people know to reserve the vehicle online. I had gone to another location, only to discover that I needed to reserve a vehicle online. This was not a problem, but had I known, I would not have had to waste gas to drive to the location. (Not where I picked up this vehicle).KATHLEEN G.

It was fast and easy. I was able to book a truck. They had no problem giving me a tour so I could select the size I needed. It was also fast when I returned the truck. I like the gas pumps being right thete. Very convenient.MARY H.

I ordered 5 dozen furniture pads. There were 0 pads in the truck. I wasn't able to start loading that night without the pads. Total waste of time to pick up the truck that night. I would never recommend this location to anyone.Ben S.

Warning The person that owns mini mart keeps vehicles locked up so self service is non existent. They make you come in and cancels out you online booking which takes away the point of process The man is very rude â€œRicardoâ€ in a sly way I was going to leave but didn't want to delay any further. Made the process feel like a scam. I will report this location to higher mgt to see what true process should be as I've never had this happen before.susan W.
