Jeffrey BeckerMy truck was missing the dolly, and the ramp spring wasn't working so it would require more precision to push in the ramp. I think UHaul's are worth the price, but those two things made the experience less. Having a dolly would've helped us move.

Gregory RintelmanI rent U-Haul equipment on a fairly regular cadence and this location has some room for improvement in several areas, but equipment condition is the prevailing factor for the negative review. This is the second rental I have done at this location. I have rented twice here because they have a good location near the freeway. Both times I ironically ended up renting the same equipment probably due to that equipment being assigned to the location for in town moves. When I returned the equipment the last time, I informed the employee that there was an issue with the equipment that almost made it un-usable. This time around, months later, again after getting the same equipment, the issue was not fixed, and we struggled with the same issue again. The equipment I rented here was in the worst condition of any equipment I have ever rented from U-Haul. Next time I will forgo the convenience to the freeway and rent it from a different U-Haul location.

Matthew VanValzahTruck had oil light on Truck had a very bad exhaust leak by the cab I had to drive with the windows down and heat on high since it was so cold out. The exhaust was so loud it was embarrassing to drive and woke up the neighbors. Had a reservation for Friday through Saturday with a drop off of late Saturday early Sunday but got a call at 11 on Saturday wanting the truck back
John HeinanDrop off person was grumpy and stated they would check the equipment in. Well, they never did check it in, and I received a call several days later, from U-Haul, asking why it wasn’t returned. Unpleasant to say the least.

george drewThis location was very convenient for me. The owner of Raven Trailers helped me figure out the best renting options for my move. Pick-up and drop-off were both easy and fast. I’ll keep this location as my preferred choice. I would also use u-haul again. It was my first time and was a good experience.
Todd SchafferUncertain of drop off protocol tried to call U-Haul on hold for 1 hour + with no answer very frustrating but otherwise drop off was great location and efficient. When contacting this drop off Tuesday, they were very helpful and said that they were processing our rental as we spoke.
Carrie ZandiTrailer wasn't swept out, had loose misc nuts and bolts in it. My reservation was supposed to be at another location, only despite my reserving a trailer more than 3 weeks earlier, he did not have my 5x8 trailer. THAT location (2948 WI-83 Hartford, WI 53027) was very apologetic, and informed me that Raven Trailers LLC would have a 6x12 for me for the same price. Crabby guy at Raven Trailer seemed irritated by this offer and would NOT give me the 6x12 for the same price as promised, and gave me a 5x8. Trailer was returned a full day early as well, would sure be nice to receive a credit for that day however it is not worth my effort to interact with the grumpy guy at Raven. I was also approached by a couple when I dropped the trailer off at 10p on the 27th, that treated me like a criminal who was stealing a trailer. I've used U-Haul I don't even know how many times in my 50yrs, and it has honestly been below average every time. But this is the last time. I will gladly pay MORE for a trailer/truck in the future then deal with being shuffled to another location and interacting with a grumpy employee who doesn't honor the previous offer. Never again.

It was only then that I noticed the drop off location in the app was different than the written contract. This delayed us by an hour and cost more in fuel since I had to put gas in the tow vehicle to make sure we had the tank refilled to the correct level.
