Darrell KTruck was old and slow, but made the trip ok. Power steering squealed and park brake warning activated as we pulled into our new place. Both were explained to us by Raven, but the only option was smaller truck 70 miles away, so we risked it and it worked ok. Roads were very snowy and icy, so speeds were about 50 mph. The truck really vibrated at over 60 anyway.-

Kevin HAgent set me up to return the trailer to a U-Haul location that was still under construction with nobody there to help me, so I had to go to another place. That place did not know how to accept the type of trailer I had. I got an email giving me a receipt for a payment of $0.00. But my bank says I had a charge from U-Haul.

Robert GI called a month or so in advance to make arrangements for Uhaul's largest 26 foot truck with Two Guys and a Truck in North Logan, with whom I've successfully dealt. Ultimately, the only shortcoming was having to drive 30 minutes away to pick up my truck, when it seems someone could have gone the day before and transported the truck to the North Logan location and saved me the inconvenience of having to do so myself. Truck and all equipment was brand new and an exceptional rental. The representatives in Preston were very accommodating, helpful and kind with which to work. Very good experience.
