ray kBe able to pick up at the location I requested instead of having to drive to another town to pick up. Also, why was I charged a $20 return fee when I did exactly what the website stated. This should all be taken care of upfront
Stephanie BI was charged an extra 28.00 for so called 10 extra miles of usage . I went from my previous address straight to new address then to Star City as I was directed. It is about 30 miles to Star city. I had planned to take it to a closer location, Warren 9 miles away or even Monticello 15 miles away. It cost me an extra 36.00 dollars at my bank for over draft thanks to U-haul. I will use Penske or Budget from now on . Thanks for the screwing up my ass!
