Robert LLocation does not have ample parking for uhaul customers. Had to park personal vehicle in another location across the street, and cross back which is a five lane state route.
Jim ETruck was pulling really bad to right back door kept opening and transmission kept on jumping and when I got the truck I drove 4 miles and then it was on empty. I have put $40 in the truck and then another 50 I bring back more gas than it was when I got the truck I took pictures of it I am very upset. The truck drove terrible.

Jonathan ZNotify customers if equipment requests are out of stock ahead of time. Requested furniture blankets were not available at pick up. Poor job explaining rental requirements. Was not aware of mileage total for rental and was assessed a fee for exceeding mileage “allowance” in a move that required multiple trips.

sean mPerson who gave me the uhaul just removed our damage protection without consent so we just got refunded for that and couldn’t get it back after we left the lot. Just a lot of miscommunication from the woman who gave us the uhaul.

Len MUhaul abuses its power and the way it treats it's customers is a disgrace - they charged me for damages I did not cause. They were not cooperative and treated me terribly when I tried working with them to resolve the issue. I have filed a fraud claim against them. I will never use Uhauls services again and will share this experience with everyone I know.
