Pick up was after location was closed, I was not able to do it using my I-phone (the system stated that I need to come back in the morning). The people at the location opened the office and did everything needed through their computer, it was very nice of them. But still - the phone pick up system is not good

Fix the published hours or adhere to published hours, more training on how to execute and alter a reservation, know the difference between charges and credits,(My credit card was charged three transactions totaling about $300 for what should have been about $70) have ready answers to common questions such as the gas fill up charge per gallon, and lastly have a bell or something for customers to communicate to staff out of the office that they need service.

The price of 1995 a day is a joke for 4 days it cost me over $250 you have to pay the 1995 Plus Insurance Plus by the mile and it's ridiculous I will never rent a U-Haul again I will not recommend it to anyone there are other truck rental services without hidden fees

Your online ordering. Fix it so no one else will have to delay or cancel their trip because you have the wrong part number for the SUV's.

they had to pick up a trailer from another place. when I hooked up, the trailer lighs. they did not work. they worked on the light issue. when I hooked up again, no lights. they said, that it was the car trailer wires. I had uhaul in Manchester nh, install it. I had to go to a trail repair shop. they found the control box was diffective, that nh installed. this was the first time using it. it cost me 180.00 to replace it

Huge opportunity to improve has nothing to do with the pick up or drop off locations. 2 key areas to improve GET ADDITIONAL HELP ON YOU PHONES. PEOPLE ARE HANGING UP ON CUSTOMERS WHO ARE ON HOLD. GET THEM HELP SHOW MORE FLEXIBILITY IN DROP OFF LOCATIONS. I CONTINUE TO GET PUSHED TO PLACES I DON'T WANT TO DROP AT. Otherwise, equipment was good and move went well.
