The location was supposed to be open until 5pm, got there at 430pm and no one was there. Called uhaul and was told to just use the app for pick, did so to leave. As I am trying to leave for the move, check engine light comes on. Tech resets button and tells me I probably wont get stuck on the side of the road. A few hours later, light comes on again and we have to wait until 1030pm for another technician to then get a new truck, throwing me behind by a day in my move.

No one was at the place my husband had to have the nephew of the owner call the owner to come in and check in the equipment the owner claims that he did not know his business hours were for Saturday at 8 AM. This is unprofessional and caring. I will not deal with U-Haul ever again

There was nobody at this location when the hours clearly stated that they would be there at 8 AM was their business hours there was nothing posted saying they wouldn’t be there because it was Thanksgiving weekend. My husband finally found someone that was working in the back that was the nephew of the owner and my husband had ask him to call the owners that we could get the vehicles and equipment checked in at this location

My husband a ride for there to drop off the equipment and the owner informed him that he was not aware that he had Saturday hours. The owners nephew had to call the owner to have him come in and check the equipment in with my husband.
