I didn’t order a dolly or any of the blankets. When I opened the back of the truck, the dolly was laying on the floor in the back and there were at least ten blankets scattered on the floor. The floor was also pretty dirty from whatever was in there before me. Usually everything is pretty good, so I was shocked to find the truck like it was this time.

Check engine light was on but vehicle ran fine. Double check all sensors lights in advance - especially since this location is a repair garage.

Very short Nd not helpful guys. Pulled in and went to the door just to have the guy point to park somewhere else. Had us stand there while not saying anything while they look at tbw truck. Very poor customer service.

We received a phone call, stating that we had to put gas in the truck. We had told the guy about what was told on the phone because we had an inconvenience, which was supposed to be addressed. He got a hold of someone, who stated to allow our gas/mileage to go through because of our inconvenience. I am happy with the end result, now that it was properly addressed. He was very calm and collective on the phone. He made sure that our issue was addressed.
