Owner was off-putting and intentionally delayed for longer conversation. Incredibly offensive odor in the location and during equipment inspection it became very apparent that the odor was coming from the owner. On inspection equipment was not swept, but was handled quickly by customer.

No specific issue with the pick up location except that is not where I was suppose to pick up the U-haul. The truck was not at the scheduled location . We had to drive to another town to get the truck. The owner operator was not at the final pickup location, even though it was during business hours. But kudos to Uhaul, I was helped online and was able to finally get the truck. The only truck issue we had was the pulley system on the truck slide up door was damaged. it was hard to get it to work and we had to use a board to keep the door open.

Don't know if he was the owner, but a very nice person to work with, made sure everything was hooked up correctly, and as nice as the day is long. If I am in need of another trailer/truck I will by stopping there first.

The man running this location is completely unprofessional and should not represent UHAUL. He never answers his phone, he returns calls sometimes if his mailbox isn't full. When I went to pickup the UHAUL he was out mowing the grass in a field next to the shop. I had to waive him down to get his attention and then he said oh ok well let me finish this and I'll be right with you. The worst part by far was the foul smelling odor when I opened the door. His office smelled so bad I could not enter, it smelled like decay or rot and made me nauseous. On top of it, he offered no jack to connect the trailer so my husband and son had to lift it themselves while I reversed. That is very dangerous. A company rep needs to make a visit to this location before anyone else has to see this.

We actually rented from a different location - made the reservation online. We get to the location, and they did not have what we needed. We were then directed to a different location, and here, the gentleman that ran it didn't show up. We had to call the initial location, who was able to give us the man's cell phone number. My husband called, and he said it's be another half hour. Considering this was booked online and was supposed to help us move that day, we had to make alternative plans to pick up the next day and do something completely different that Friday. It was a very frustrating experience, and no one seemed to care to fix it or make it right.

If you want to do the rental virtually then the pick-up and drop-off should be easier. I never saw anyone and could only get answers from the regional director. I almost left when I first arrived and realized I was left to try to figure out the truck and how to get the key. Upon returning the truck again no one was there. I had called but the manager left a note on the door. The number he told me to call was disconnected. So I left the truck just hoping it would get checked in correctly. (While I was there a gentleman came by to rent a large truck. Since no one was there he went elsewhere) Bottom line is the truck was clean and easy to operate. The customer service was awful except the regional

The website stated the location was OPEN. We got there, and nobody was there, nobody would answer the phone. Had to contact Customer service. Resulted in being late and setting us back. Truck was fine, but the online check in process was not user friendly or easy. Took a lot of time. Need to make a better CLEAR instruction page on when and how to use online check in.

Very easy to find, and the self service drop off was a breeze.

They had me down for taking a furniture dolly which I did not and listed the truck as having a full tank which it was only at half a tank. This caused me problems at drop off. They also sent me with a trailer that had a different number than the records stated

I called to see how the drop off goes since this was my first rental. This location has no voicemail at all. And there is no room for you to leave a voicemail. You can very easily leave a voicemail on how to drop off the rental after normal business hours. This would of been very professional and it would of made the drop off a lot easier and faster. Instead this was frustrating to me.
