Best customer service I've had at any uhaul location in at least 10 years! They are in process of transitioning from a mechanic shop to a uhaul outlet and apologized that it was in transition but I didn't care. She was extremely pleasant to work with, efficient, and the truck was clean and ready to go!

The person that helped me was polite but the pickup site was a little run down and did not have a very businesslike appearance. I was more upset with regard to the original pick up site that did not have my trailer when it was reserved, and I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way to get the trailer. I was also told I would get a 50.00 discount, please see that this is completed.

They should tell people they are going to be charged $400 for not returning equipment to the stated store. I would of taken it the extra 50 miles if I had known. But was told it was ok to bring it there.

We filled the tank on the truck and dropped it off late Sunday night. Our card was charged an additional $168 after drop off, for fuel. We filled the tank prior to drop off, unfortunately it was very late, we were exhausted and I failed to take a photo of the the fuel gauge. Not a good experience

Did not have the initial intention of showing me how to put my car on trailer. Car was full of mud. 100% it was not sanitized even though we are in a middle of a pandemic. In the sense of talking to the two employees helping be the characters that they had were nice and genuine. But overall the quality of helping me understand the proper way to use the trailer was poor. Also we're forgetful of how to connect lights that show that I am slowing down or stopping. I had to yell as they walked away “what's this for” a wire just de-connected dangling. My concern was having my car fly off and taking my car off myself and back into trailer due to lack of knowledge I was given on how to do so.

The pick up location was muddy and ruddy coming in. Messy getting the trailer hooked up, lights on the trailer only gave me brake lights and flasher at best. It could be the trailer or my vehicle the hitch and wiring was installed by uhaul on my Jeep Wrangler. It would been nice if the service tech would of trouble shoot this before traveling all the way to Texas.

Furniture dolly was broken when we got it. The location didn't have a replacement. The owner was rude. When we dropped off the truck and dolly, he admitted he had used the dolly in his automotive shop but still implied that I had broken the dolly. He did give us a refund for the rental of the dolly, but only after my insistence. I will use a different location in the future.
