Nothing it was amazing
Lateria DOwner of pick-up location was awful, totally disrespectful, downright rude. Called to confirm my res day prior, pickup location VM box was full and no answer. Confirmed directly with Uhaul Corp, thought good to go. Owner did call me, I confirmed trucks but failed to mention 12 blankets, which I had confirmed with Corporate and was on the order. Went to pick up trucks, no blankets which I HAD CONFIRMED WITH CORPORATE. When I said that, he totally lost his mind, said it my fault, and turned into an absolute A-hole. Ya'll need to figure out communication with your owners and this guy needs some customer service skills. What a horrible experience.

Sandy Smake sure the truck is clean and don’t false advertise discounts you won’t honor. It said we would get a 25$ discount if we returned the truck swept and clean and it wasn’t honored. And I picked up my truck an hour late due to the owner filling up propane and was still charged for my first hour as if i still pulled off at 10.
Khalia SDon't beat customers out of their money i put gas in Truck going to go pick up my things and I put gas in the truck when I drop it back off and they still charge me a extra 22.00 I paid them 174.00 for a 26.in it was supposed to be back the next day at 9:45 a.m. but I take it back the same day before 9:45 p.m. wish me I take it back early U-Haul is a ripple I wouldn't recommend them to anybody

SONJA GThe guy a rude as hell. He was not happy that I parked my car in the way preventing large trucks from getting out easily. Even after I apologized explaining the reason he said that wasn't his problem. There's a large German shepherd freely roaming in the office that looks aggressive. I will never use this facility again.

Phyllis PDid not have overnight drop off. Wasn’t supposed to even be coming to this location. Got charged for a dent I have no knowledge about. Truck had hay in it from previous driver so I left tarp in there over it due to it flying out the bed while I was driving

Francisco MHe left a lot of the information on dropping off the vehicle. And I didn't really feel comfortable leaving the vehicle outside of the location.Didnt have any way of getting in contact with the owen after hours. Even call U-Haul after hours and they didn't give us to much information. A good suggestion would be if he could be able to give some sort of after hour number you could be able to get a hold of the owner.

josh tU-Haul as an organization underperforms. For this rental, they switched locations on me 60 minutes before my pickup time...assuming I'd read/check the e-mail before I left...I didn't and almost lost the rental at the 'new' location. I'm looking for another rental company who values their customers more than U-Haul does!
Lawrence PRealizing safety is extremely vital, see a guard dog caused me to remain inside truck until employee approached me to assist. No problems.
