Drop off after hours went very smooth

Karrie MThe owners rent a lot, they do not have an active business on this lot. So the equipment is there but since they do not have a business to operate from you can not get your keys. This needs to be shut down and not available for use, it's very frustrating especially when it's supposed to be available for use. I still have not recieved my credit back from uhaul yet.

Christopher DThe Mobile checkout process was a convenient service, but I had a lot of issues getting it to work. I lost out on 45 minutes of my rental time because of this, and was almost late returning the van. I had the van back 10 minutes before the return time. All in all, I don't think I'll be in a hurry to use the mobile checkout process again.

Mark KThis location was very helpful, however, when U-Haul corporate in Indianapolis took over by phone the experience was unacceptable. They changed my equipment from a car hauler to a car dolly, which I did not have the tools to drop the driveshaft from my BMW which was being towed home from Indiana to Tennessee. They did not inform me of that until I was 5 hours into a 6 hour drive to retrieve my car. Long story short, I ended up leaving my car again at a strange place and wasted 18 hours trying and coming home empty handed. I have tried multiple times to call customer service to file official complaint and find out if U-Haul is going to make this right with me but get put on hold for over an hour until I have to hang up and get to work. Do not use the Indianapolis number and absolutely do not deal with Brianna or Jasmine. They were extremely rude and hung up on me before any of it was resolved and would not a number to call over their heads.

Matt CThe truck had a mechanical problem, likely a bad fan motor. The truck overheated while sitting in traffic. Had to stop three times to add water. The truck was not full of fuel when I picked it up. Drove 86 miles and it took $53 to fill the tank.
