The light in the cargo area did not work so we had to unload using flashlights. The phone charger did not work which hindered the ability to use my phone’s gps when my cell died and i was unable to complete the drop off process of taking pics of the milage and fuel level and when and where the truck was parked. One tire on the car hauler appeared to have a slow air leak which caused several unscheduled stops to air the tire up. Fortunately, we were carrying an air compress. The braking system should be looked as well.

Scammers They charged me for miles that were already in the contract. They also charged me for gas when I received the vehicle on E and returned it with1/4 tank. I returned a vehicle there last December and they also fabricated charges which I had to spend the time to reverse. This guy is a scammer

I wouldn’t recommend going to this location at all. The truck didn’t even have a dolly or moving blankets in it, but I didn’t notice until later because I was so afraid of the service agent. 1000% would NOT recommend. Especially if you’re a woman alone.

They tried to say I never returned the tow attachment, then somehow it switched to accusing me of not returning the truck. It was returned outside of normal hours and there were cameras on site. I even returned my keys and paperwork as well. Luckily I took a video and many pictures for proof. Apparently someone stole the truck.

Pick up went fine. The gentleman was very helpful and easy to deal with. When we returned the vehicle, I called ahead of time to confirm how they preferred we return it - I remember the guy who rented us the truck saying we needed to return it during their open hours. I was handed off to a younger man who was rude and dismissed all my concerns. We felt it would be best to return the vehicle during open hours just to make sure everything was processed properly. When my husband returned the truck, the younger man wanted to charge us over $800 for a rental we booked for around $240. My husband said that something was wrong. The man rudely turned the computer screen to him and said something like the computer isn't wrong, My husband said he didn't care what the computer said, that the total was wrong. The man rudely said, "do you have your paperwork?!" Luckily my husband did. After some huffing and puffing the man entered things correctly and we were only charged what we agreed to pay at the time we rented the truck. All in all, not a good experience.

The agent that rented us the truck quoted me $1.39 per mile of use. When I received my charge it was billed at $1.59 per mile. I called the rental location and voiced my complaint I was told that the original agent was wrong and the charge I received was , in fact, the correct charge. However they were professional and nice But you guys need to get on the same page!

The truck was excellent! It was driven across country, Oregon to Maine in 6 days, no problems whatsoever. Price was great, far better than having someone else do the moving. I was very surprised at how much stuff you can actually get in a 20ft truck.

Had rented a 15 to 16 ft uhaul and it was filled it’s water in the moms attic. No Beuno on a trip from so Oregon to Colorado. Got transferred and had to drive the Old 167k uhaul to the other place and got a 6702 New uhaul that was awesome for this Torrid trip through the fist huge snow storm from Nevada through Utah and Wyoming on I80 . The great new rig had awesome Michelin mud and snow tires which we never slipped or slid once in the almost 1450 mile journey. Several crashes of semis and idiots on the road in the storm and we had NO problems other that 2 Rock chips from trucks throwing rocks up and heavy ice build up on the front end and windshield. We had purchased fully coverage knowing we could encounter horrible conditions and it was a true blessing to have to exchange the older rig for a newer one with Great tires. Once done with the trip to Colorado Springs told them of the rock chips and there was NO issues. Great experience other than Horrible white knuckle drive from windover Utah to Cheyenne Wyoming…
