Joy HI had to get a ride from this location back to Maquoketa because for some reason I wasn't able to drop off the truck in Maquoketa, which is where I'm staying for work without a car.
Dennis HIt was very smoky in there from cigarette smoke. People were very nice. Truck was very loud! Could hardly hear the radio.

JOSEPH GLocation was moved to be over 40 miles from the original location and not much notice was given. We had to adjust many appointments to accommodate a 2 hour drive.

RICHARD RYour app for returns is terrible. It wouldn't let both of my phones input pictures. If my father didn't have his phone, I wouldn't have been able to return it. I wasted at least 20 minutes on your app. My family will never rent from a unmanned location again.

tait sThe manager was having computer problems, most likely not due to her skills or computer. My prepaid invoice required $1.19 more, which I paid in cash. The trailer had a damaged rail, but it was usable for the trip. Also, some of the marker lights were not functioning.

marc bI had to drive 40 minutes away from my preferred location to pick up this Uhaul. The owner of the home was nice, but the drive to his location wasn’t a breeze. Also, I never received my discount for the extra gas & mileage to get there. I’ll be calling your support team to receive that credit.
