Chris BThe floor of the box was very dirty and there was some left over garbage from the previous renter so we had to use the rentable moving blankets to put down so that our stuff wouldn't get dirty. It would be nice to be reimbursed for the use of the blankets since we had no choice but to use them since the provided vehicle was so dirty. Had there been a different truck available for use, we would have chosen that. Please advise.

Paul JI wouldn't recommend this jerk to clean up behind dogs. You NEVER talk to a customer like he did me. You're concerned about your signage being read, get some lighting! The box leaked, 14,000 and it leaves water all over our bed.

Lisa SThe taillights stopped working on the trailer I rented, and we had to leave it at another location, unload it, and go back to pick it up to return it the next day. The turn signals worked, but it was dark, and unsafe to tow.

luis mThe young man who processed my trailer rental was personable and very helpful. My trailer was full of leaves, dirt and pine needles with no trees anywhere close so probably not cleaned by the last user or at the site before I received it. The trailer itself was an older model with swivel down side support stand that was bottomed out in a depression and had to be manually lifted in order to hook up. That was easy for the initial connection but when I arrived after hours I could not disconnect without driving my truck onto some sand bags I luckily had in the bed of my truck in order to deploy the side stand. Being Washington I had to do that in the rain and dark. Didn’t need a shower when I got home.

Paul LThe bracket for the hand truck and bag for the blankets that are permanently attached to the side of the truck are COMPLETLEY in the way of getting full use of the space you pay for. If they were moved to the side where the gas tank filler is the truck would be more usable. I was disappointed that we could not use the full amount of space we paid for because of the additional equipment we did not request and declined when making the reservation was in the way.

JOHN GStaff the location. I dropped off during business hours, but the door was locked. Another customer, waiting there for a rental pickup, suggested I use the online return process. It was a muddy overgrown lot, and I had to move trash to park the unit out of the driveway. There are better dealers closer to my home.
Richard WWhen picking up the vehicle the location was closed but was able to secure it. The person giving me the vehicle said it had to be returned with 5/8 of a tank of gas. The truck when I got in was neared 3/8 than 5/8 (I have pics of the dash to back this up). I feel I was directed to put more gas in than it had. Which at these prices today is more than the cost of the vehicle before adding mileage. This left a seriously bitter taste in my mouth at the end of my rental. But I did as requested.

LUIS HI’m a repeat customer. The young man who helped me is very knowledgeable about the equipment and always willing to help or fix anything making it very easy to rent.

Casey SNever been treated so rudely when returning equipment or pretty much anyt other business experience. The crackhead mechanics bit my head off when asking for help in returning equipment. Told me to unhook trailer in driveway and they would come out in a minute to check it in. Waited 20 minutes they never came out of the shop that they were busy working on vehicles, being older and partially disabled I had a hard time unhooking trailer from my vehicle. Waited a long time they never came out to assist.

Harley GThis is by far the cleanest UHaul I've ever rented. It literally looked like it has just been detailed. And it wasn't just this specific vehicle. They were all that clean inside (yes I looked to confirm). I will certainly use and recommend this location to friends and colleagues. This was night and day to my experience last week when used a different local U-Haul place. That vehicle was both dirty and badly looked after. To see this was a complete breath of fresh air. Well done R&B automotive.

Jacque BI returned a uhaul. I yelled from the garage door and said hello since I don’t see anyone. Waited and waited. I took 2 steps then a man yelled “get out of my shop! This is a fucking work zone!” Very unprofessional and he still did not come out to greet me as a customer. I will not EVER use this business.
Katie YVendor was very nonchalant, pointed and said drop it over there. Place was run down and over-grown w/ weeds/tall grass. Driveway had numerous deep potholes. Definitely would not use again.
Gary BThe floor inside the truck was very dirty, which caused the beds and soft fabric coaches to get black and dirty. The rental rate online $40/day implies that the rental price is for the whole day, however the U-Haul people expected the truck back within 5 hours! It's a false advertisement. The rates online should show $40/5 hour window. We brought it back in 6 hours and got charged extra $20 service fee, when though the day has 24 hours not 5!
Elena K2 confirmed (guaranteed) reservations cancelled by uhaul. 200 mile round trip to pick up a trailer that wasn’t available. Your business model that allows your locations to rent reserved trailers is complete bullshit. Had to rent a smaller trailer which will now require me to make 2 2400 mile round trips. 0 out of 10.
Jeff MBilly is extremely knowledgeable professional and efficient! I went to Thriftway Pick Rite in Montesano first but they didn't even know what they had in their own parking lot/inventory!! I called R&B and Billy got me all fixed up with what I needed right away. BTW, the service here was excellent, but the U-HAUL SOFTWARE FOR MAKING RESERVATIONS NEEDS TO BE DELETED AND REPLACED!! Everything about my reservation was WRONG, but Billy was able to correct all of it and get me on my way!!

Amelia RThe operator overslept a 9 am opening of the location, and 3 customers were waiting around for them to start. 9 am does not seem like an unreasonable time to be open. The closed trailer I rented needed to have been swept. Had a lot of dirt, screws, nuts, bolts, and pieces of what I assume were from the appliances that had been transported in there previously.
