Customer service rep at pick up was unprofessional and stunk of marijuana, couldn’t even go inside office he kept running back and forth to my car “just sit tight”, you get what you pay for I guess.

I didn't receive the bill until after I had called 3 times and it was so small that I could barely read it. I asked about the bill when the vehicle 2 hours later and was told that it would be emailed and that UHaul had my email address. I have rented from Uhaul in the past and it was a good experience.

Audra AI feel that as a uhaul agent you should not try and deceive people in order to marke a buck. What I mean by this is, people are trusting you in order to rent something and the person running this location is trying to hustle you. It is your job as a uhaul rep to help the customer get the trailer hooked up to your truck but instead this rep at this location hustled me out of $20 for him to help me hook up the trailer. And not to mention when I brought it back the rep was geo locating me to see if he could make some extra money for me being late. Then when I showed up there was no where to park the trailer without breaking one of his rules so I blocked another uhaul truck in. And this place was so small there is no way to get in and out with a big truck. You all at uhaul need to shut this guy down. Also when I arrived to drop off and find out where to put said trailer, it was after his closing hours but don't run in your store and lock the door and turn off the open sign when you see a customer coming back to ask you where to put said trailer because you have no room. Never renting from here again.
