They did not check in the trailer for 3 days after dropping off. Added insurance that I specifically declined 3 times. I had to call corporate office and have them drive by and confirm I returned the trailer. Big hassle overall. from now on I will go to the big store to rent a trailer. I also had to clean out the enclosed trailer prior to using it. It was full of sticks and twigs.Stay away from the mom and pop places.

Michael MccutcheonGreat customer service!!!
MICHAEL BRADBERRYYes your app sucks as I was doing an after hour drop off and your customer service was even worse! But Rams was great to work with the next day
John DANOVery nice and knowledgeable about services
MIchael ShanksNever seen anyone just dropped the trailer and left.
Tom AllenCould use a larger sign closer the the main road. There is another building in front of it. People friendly. I recommend installing jacks on ALL of the big heavy cargo trailers. Very hard to get on and off the truck hitch. If I had not had a jack in my personal truck, I would have had to go buy one to get it on and off!
Chrissy CopeThis Place was awesome , even after closing hours , They stayed late to help me , made it easy to hook it up and to drop it off , will definitely do it again , thank yall
Johney FloresRams Body Shop does not currently do UHaul drop-offs. Owner has been trying to get this corrected with UHaul for several months. Please correct this, as is very frustrating to your customers. Owner of Rams was very apologetic and sent us to another close location for the drop-off. That location did a great job for us. Thanks, Karen

BRENDA LEONA OLIVERNot a thing very nice & plait & friendly
SEBASTIAN TROTTERI was initially told by Uhaul to drop off the trailer at a location that wasn’t even accepting equipment. It took awhile to find a dealer that would take the trailer.
