The business was not open at the appointment time. I had to search for the phone number, call and left a number. The owner did promptly returned my call and gave me the instructions to get the equipment.

A professional representative at this location is HIGHLY recommended. The one at this location and his supervisor were both rude and sent me all over Greensboro for an item I reserved prior to arriving at the location. I spoke to the representative on the phone to move my pick up time back and he agreed that was fine. Just to tell me to my face that I was late after we already agreed to move the time back because of unexpected circumstances coming from out of state.
