The young gentleman, who helped us with the arrangement of the u-haul was outstanding. Very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend this location to anyone.

RAM Enterprises is the BEST place I've ever rented a Uhaul truck from. I asked for a 10' truck and they made sure I had it at the day and time I requested. Not many places can say that. Excellent in every way. From now on I'll be renting from RAM Enterprises!! 100 STARS!!

Danielle BMy only problem is getting a second bill from uhaul that says I drove 150+ miles when the distance from New to old house is 5 miles round trip an I drove it twice which doesn't equal 150+miles. Something is wrong with your system because the first bill I got was dead on with the charges an I will not pay from someone else's miles

John KI was misquoted and overcharged. The base rate was not explained to me. I was told $119 one-way + 40 cents a mile. I then booked 2-way thinking it was 40 cents a mile. I tried to change it back to one-way when I had a ride home, and was told that truck is only 2-way. I left it, thinking it was only 40 cent a mile, so around $40 extra. But.my bill was over $300, more than $150 over what I was expecting. The woman said she would call before charging my card, she did not. When I saw the bill I left a message asking for an adjustment - no response. I had no idea the whole trip would be billed at $1.29 per mile or I would have canceled. I did not need 2-way that badly. Very unhappy customer!.

Twice she was serving other clients simultaneously -- but she seems to float from one to the next effortlessly. Superbly efficient and so friendly, kind + accommodating. A breath of fresh air for weary movers !

Nisa PReservation 6/29/2022 for Frostburg, MD. Why on earth we were scheduled to then pick-up in Hancock, MD 50 miles away with one day notice is unacceptable when there was a U-Haul location right down the street. I have no idea what the point of the reservation is if they are going to change it. And online, it never updated. It still said Frostburg even on the day of pick-up. To U-Haul customer service reps, don't talk to customers like they are stupid. And to the people who train these reps, please tell them not to respond "no problem" when someone says thank you. It's an inappropriate-try bringing back "you're welcome". And by the way, the experience was a problem so no, I didn't appreciate hearing "no problem". That experience caused 100 extra miles of travel, both time and fuel not just for the U-Haul truck but my personal vehicle too.

John TThis facility is very typical of a rural U-Haul facility which are often associated with other businesses. In this case it is part of a sand lot, which doesn't bother me in the least. I rented a trailer, which was pretty old. But, again, I've found this to be typical of U-Haul facilities. On the other hand, the staff was VERY helpful, friendly and accommodating to my needs. So, I gave them four stars. I will rent from them again and recommend them to others.

ANTHONY LThe overall experience was challenging. I never received the phone call I was supposed to get on Friday before 6 PM. I was not informed until I called on Saturday morning that the pick up location was changed. It was moved 30 miles further away from where we were supposed to pick up the rental. It was 30 miles out of our way and cost us extra time. Despite the headache with the location, Cara was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us. She even tried to find a location closer to our preferred location. She really was helpful!

MEREDITH LI was charged for extra milage when I did not too go out of the way at all. Either the mileage was recorded inaccurately or there was not enough mileage allowed. I will disrupt dispute that charge with my credit card company.
Bryan WIt was a pleasure to do business with Ms. Cara in Hancock, MD. Thr truck was comfortable and drove well. Loved the back-up camera on the rear view mirror. I would recommend telling future customers about loading 1/4 at a time with straps we could have rented to secure each quarter of the load.
