They lied about the gas. They told me it was 7/8 full, I told them it was was more like between 1/2 and 3/4. They agreed and saiid it was wrong. PROBLEM: They could not fix it and was forced to pay extra in gas and fill it up to 7/8 to avoid being over charged. They did not know how to change the gas on the computer. The location could not speak English and it was hard to communicate.

There were no vehicle checks and it's hard to know, aside from the other U-Haul vehicles that it's a U-Haul location.

When I first arrived, I didn’t even realize the location rented U-Hauls. There was a single banner, but no indication of which storefront it belonged to. So we chose the nearest store. Upon entering a man immediately came up to us and told us the store was closed. He actually Repeated it a couple times before we had a chance to ask him which store rented out the U-Haul and that we had an 11:00 a.m. appointment. The inside of the uhaul van was fine. The outside was dirty and the windows needed to be cleaned.

It was supposed, the lady in the phone said that the truck drop off was 24/7, we went there after spending a lot of time, gas and money and nobody was there, we went online to look up for help and after a long process taking photos of the car it said there was a mailbox to drop the keys off... after one hour searching we decided to call for assistance, they said it wasn’t a 24/7 drop off location...
