The staff at the location were great. The truck's air conditioner didn't work well.
Bryant JKeys were not in lockbox as instructed, spent extra 40 minutes on phone with support just to find that the gas station worker near the pickup location had the keys.

Eric PPlease, if anybody make a reservations be sure the trucks and equipment is available, no wait until the person is at the location to inform that is nothing is available, that is very disrespectful. I requested 26 truck and I finished with 15 inches in another location. The personal at Tamiami Trail in Naples was unhelpful and treatment very badly. I will never recommend the service. I will love some credit back for the bad moments I passed through your company.

Edward POnly one clerk at the shell station and she had to take care of people getting gas. When she finally got to me she was rushed. Didn’t have the dolly I had requested. Then she wasn’t able to print out any of the paperwork. Said it would be emailed which it never was. I later stopped by a full service u-haul location and they were able to print the paper work for me, so I’d have the emergency numbers and such.

Eric MCheck in process was super confusing. I opted to check in online but when I went to check in the website said I had to wait until the store opened. The store was open. I went inside and the clerk had no idea what to do. Long story short it was a less than pleasant experience.

george qThe employ at this location are not professional , first they did not want to give me the truck stating that it was close Saturday and Sunday, is a gas station , second after make me wait for 1 hour calling other U-Haul facility the manager for the U-Haul district called me and help me do the rental. I finally got the key from the gas station for the truck and I had to clean the truck because was very dirty, apparently they use the truck for construction and never clean it. I recommend that the gas station train the people for rentals ,for my understanding it was not the first time that it happen

Jeffrey SAttendant didn't know anything about U-Haul, had to call another office who explained what and how to do. Upon return no drop box was present, another attendant didn't know what to do with the keys either.
Pavel KHad in write info on scrap paper to check in, handed it to the only person there. Was REFUSED a receipt. Told some one would be in later and one would be emailed to us. NEVER received. I advised blankets and hand truck were in truck and it was unlocked. Was told not to worry. All this while clerk was processing lottery tickets!

Annette RTight confines at this location. Self serve lot is very small. If there was one more truck or trailer at this location, I do not know where I would have dropped it off. It is very small and used by food trucks and for other customer or employee parking at nearby businesses. As I returned the trailer, the directions were satisfactory on the web pages, but I never received a confirmation.of my return or a emailed receipt.
Shane AAll was just OK. The truck gave one acid indigestion. It often would not start but, eventually, always did. That is why I said no to the wll maintained question. Overall just fine. Nothing to write hoe about.

I originally rented a truck at the gas station on Immokalee Rd and Randall Blvd in Naples and somehow my rental was given to someone else. I explained my family crisis to Joanne and she was able to immediately secure us a rental. Thank you Joanne for your assistance and professionalism.

Derick AThe owner at the Shell gas station we picked the truck up from.was incredibly ride and unprofessional with us. He raised his voice at me and made me not only extremely embarrassed but uncomfortable as I had no idea why he was reacting in this manner. It took over an hour until he finally gave me the keys. Very horrible experience. I will never rent from this location not do I recommend anyone else to do so.

Dodie MNo support whatsoever at the location. There was a cashier lady who was helpful. To lift the trailer neck and connect to hitch you would need at least two heavy lifting able bodied men. These trailers without an adjustable stand is a big mistake. One can break their back trying to lift the connection of this trailer. The brake chain required a an additional ring and that part was not available. Therefore I had to remove that ring from a trailer that was parked and I informed the cashier lady about it.

Paul MVery disappointed. Made reservation pick up truck well in advance. Original pick up location was 8900 Davis Blvd, Naples. They had my reservation but would not rent truck because it was truck was for local only. Was sent to a different location. Lost almost 2 hours because of snafu. Never had this problem before. A big thank you for the attendant at the Radio Road shell station who went out of her way to help me .

Markinsy PAttendant was too lazy to do their job and check me in at drop off. Told me to unhook trailer by myself, take picture of gas and milage by myself, and take walk around video for them by myself and on my own phone. It was raining too. Unbelievably irritating and truly the worst service ever. I slipped and fell out of the truck taking the walk around video too. Cut up my arm and bruised my hip badly, could have been a lot worse if my wife wasn’t there to help me. The entire thing is on video, which I may post when I review U-Haul online.
Vasilios KThis is a gas station/convenience store with one cashier on staff so there was no one to assist with the trailer we rented. He called the manager and gave me the phone to talk to him. The manager was off-site, no where near this location, and took at least 15 minutes to complete our check-in process over the phone even after I had already completed everything I could online prior to arrival. There were other Uhaul trucks parked in the lot blocking our access to the trailer so my husband had to get the keys from the cashier to move them out of the way himself. Needless to say there was no one there to assist us in making sure the trailer was hooked up properly to our vehicle so the manager asked us to take a picture of the hook-up and send it to him. Also, the trailer had been dropped off there that morning and since no one is there to inspect it, there was a broken part that we had to use our own strap to make sure it would not fall apart while in operation. I would never use this location again due to the lack of staff and management onsite.
Michelle LThe Shell employee ignores the UHaul customer until there are no Shell customers left to serve--despite the order of arrival. A steady stream of people into the store means an extended and disproportionate wait. They need to wait on all the customers, first come first served. And work on being more friendly and less rude.

Glenda STruck was dirty. Smelled of cigarettes and was full of spider webs. Gas Tank was half full. Did intake over the phone at the gas station because the woman was out sick and I was never given a contract. Windshield wipers are broken and unsafe in the rain. Windows were so dirty they were a hazard in the sun. Had to clean truck to use it for a 1200 mile trip.
Nicole Ktook Driving back and forth between two locations and over two hours as well as my persistence to get my reservation honored because “lines were down” and nobody could/would help us depending on the location. Did finally get the truck and supplies but it shouldn’t have been like that. The person at the second location was so rude I left in tears. Moving is stressful enough. Person on the phone was great and did finally get it done.

Somer Phave someone available to hitch up the trailer, and attach the lights and safety chains. trailer was to heavy to lift alone and the was no jack stand or trailer dolly. no light harness. had to drive to another local uhaul to get light harness.
Paul dMake sure WiFi works, and it would have been nice to have a closer drop off location. We went over our free 30 miles returning it to the store.

JEFFREY NThe person who we dealt with at this location was no knowledgeable about her job and she signed us up for insurance after we specifically specified NOT to. So we got an extra $14 charge for that and also didn’t tell us how much gas to fill it up on the paperwork.

Adam HI found the tank of this truck with 1/8 of gas. I reported right away to the guy who gave me the keys he told me to take pictures and when i get back will get this fix for you. When i came back he wrote a note about it but next day i found an email that doesn't show any credit for the gas that i put when i left the store. Only show that i returned thentruck with the half tank policy.

Francisco PIt is a gas station. The clerk Lupita tried to assist me a lot but apparently she wasn't the employee from U Haul so had to do everything over the phone with the actual employee. No one helped me to hook up the trailer or make sure it was safe. This is my first trailer rental so it was frustrating. I went to pick up during my lunch hour from work so I couldn't come back later or wait for an employee to be there, even though that was never offered

Peter BThere was much confusion at the pick up location beginning with the phone call to confirm, which required a direct call to Uhaul to confirm. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we were told we were supposed to have been relocated because they were "having computer problems." It took nearly 1/2 hour to get things straightened out.
Rene GThey do not provide any assistance or direction in the proper operation or use of the equipment . . I was handed a key and told the truck was in the back. The fuel level information on the contract was incorrect . . I was told "Don't worry about it, just take a picture of the fuel gauge."
