My milage out was 6375.6, milage in was at6405.7. the facility charged me more miles than I used. Very dishonest, I have pictures of leaving the facility and returning odometer.

I was overcharged. I returned the truck and the keys early, but the company charged me $20.00 for an "After hours" fee. That's not right. Also my estimated miles was 39 miles, but I only drive 9 miles. That's 20 miles ($23) less than the estimate, and should've been reflected in the finall rental cost.

The woman handling my transaction was horrible to deal with. Here is a list of things she can do to improve for the next customer: Acknowledge the customer. Have the needed equipment in stock. Utilize problem solving skills instead of immediately suggesting a termination of the rental. Have a better attitude. Treat people with kindness instead of being incredibly rude (not just to me, the customer, but also to her co-worker). Don't speak to people as if they are stupid and tell them they clearly don't know how to work a credit card machine when in actuality the machine was malfunctioning. I have used U-Haul many times and I have never had a customer service rep be as snotty and rude as she was. She absolutely deserves to be fired.

Terrible overall experience. The original location I made my reservation at informed me when I arrived to pick up that they “triple booked” my same reservation. They sent me to a gas station 3 miles away that rents trucks out. They weren't very well prepared or ran as I had to go behind the counter myself and had to input all of my information into the computer. The truck was not clean at all and it had a strong smell of urine in the cab. Returning the truck was just as inconvenient. Will definitely look into other rental options after this experience going forward.

The van I rented was dirty in the back when I picked it up. No trash but dirt. All I did was move boxes from house to house. And I was charged a cleaning fee. No one mentioned a fee for cleaning when I got the van. Had a estimated fee but was almost 20 more.

The lady that took care of me today at this location is very sweet, very helpful, good CSR. I had bad CS on Saturdays reservation on the phone. Already filed a complaint. I hope they call me back on it by Tuesday. I do need to reserve a bigger truck for this Saturday big move. It will be at the same store though, Marathon. Thx

Only issue was that they didn't have the dolly I ordered. I was given an appliance dolly and charged for it. I ordered a regular dolly. If there was not a regular dolly I should have been informed and only charged for what I requested. It wasn't my fault that the equipment I ordered wasn't there/

This location was ok but not anywhere near where my pickup location was originally scheduled. Uhaul changed the location and time and the place wasn't even open when I went to pick up the truck. Conesquently this wild goose chase to pick up a truck cost me 4 hours of precious time to make a 1200 mile move over the weekend.

For the 24/7 app use I would not recommend using. Although it was made to be user friendly it was not. I was asked to provide a secondary contact number. When I did they asked me to do it again because my contact did not pick up the phone. At the time of pick up it was 6am and people are sleeping at that time. I received no notification saying my secondary contact person would need to be contact at pick up time. Extremely inconvenient! Also while driving the truck the tire pressure light came on. When I tried to contact customer service to see how I was to proceed I was on hold for 30 min before a rep basically told me I either could pull over and add air to the tire myself( not my responsibility) or I could contact roadside assistance and they will come out and check it. Either way these options would set me back on my moving events.....again inconvenient. U-hual needs to make sure all of the trucks are in proper working condition before renting them out to there customers. This includes routine maintenance not just cleaning the inside.

This location stole from me. When I rented the truck it had 5/8ths of a tank of gas. I returned it with 3/4ths of a tank of gas (i have pictures to prove both points). The location charged me $13.50 for gas but I returned it with more gas. I went to speak with someone and they told me that they would call me but they have not.

The truck was absolutely disgusting. We went through half a role of Clorox wipes and they came away brown each time. Half the blankets were wet when we received them.

1. To allow customers to have the option pay cash when the truck is returned. 2. To be honest with the prices and etc - For example: I was hit very hard with high unexpected rates - for example: Extra miles, false cleaning fees when the truck was very clean when it was returned, and false return time on my email receipt. This location is not safe to rent trucks from. I will never go back to: Radiant Marathon @ 6055 W Waters Ave - Tampa, FL 33634 - They love money and they will hit your credit card very hard at check out. This is probably why they will not accept any cash! Warning: Be careful if you rent from this location!!! 3. To send receipts hours after it's returned instead of a day afterwards.

They said they would put a hold on a $100 deposit and then charged me the $100 now I have to see if I will ever get the refund. Times are hard and this kind of thing isn't coool!

There were no instructions in the drop-off and the gas station attendant had a difficult language barrier for me to understand. I am not sure if I fully completed the drop-off process as far as paperwork is concerned.

Check in system didn't work...or check out. I couldn't take pictures .I also couldn't upload my documents. The owner had to ask for me to text my info to his wife phone . After I had to drop off my rental wasn't checked in until the next day and I was charged . I would NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN
