Just wondering if I can get a breakdown for my rental? Not quiet sure where the price difference came from since my trailer rental cost was suppose to be $29.95 for 6x12 in town rental and my total bill was over 65.00. The pricing is very misleading!

We live in Brainerd and had to return the trailer to the racetrack area which is many miles north of town in a very busy area. I cannot believe that there was not a U-Haul dealer in town. Very disgusted!

I tried to discussing issue of incorrect fuel level with people and got mixed reactions. I understand at the local level they're limited in what they can do because this was a one-way rental. They did give me an 800 number to call which I did before refueling. I didn't want to fill the tank to the incorrect level then try to get a credit later. In the end, my dispute was noted on the contract and was put on hold which seemed fair to me. If I'm charged for the extra fuel I have proof (photos and receipts) that the initial amount stated in contract. I put N/A for "clean and inviting" because this location is part of convenience store. It's fine, nothing wrong with it but it's not a U-Haul specific store.

The lady that was behind the counter was not helpful at and she refused to help me and two tires were under inflated and the two were iver inflated...never going there again...

Picking up from this location was very stressful due to the high volume of customers the attendant had to deal with as well as getting the proper paperwork for me. Suggestions would be to have a specific U-haul representative during the high volume moving months for this location so that paperwork is properly filled out and kept current.

When I called to set the drop off location, I asked for a location that had closed during the winter but was told to dropping it there would be set up. When I got there I realized it would not be the drop off place. I then called and asked for a new drop off place and was told a new address. On going there, no Uhaul franchise could be found. I then proceeded to a place where I had rented a trailer in the fall to go to Billings. Everything proceeded just fine there and they had my info and took care of me expeditiously. It seems to me that you have had a rapid change in your service centers and must update your computer system information so that your employees can perform.

The Employees at the Brainerd location were excellent. They returned all our equipment and saved us a trip back to the Twin Cities. They went above and beyond the call of Duty. They were Customers Oriented and Explained everything to us as they were doing it. Exceptional Service and Wonderful Ladies that were working...Thank you So Much

Make sure in severe cold you have all the extras like a dolly in the truck because ours was not and no one was willing to help load them. Still got charged for it

Picked up hauler to transport a classic car and only after loading the inoperable vehicle found out the straps that secure the front tires were cut short . I was lucky because I was prepared with chains, Joe schmo might not be! My trip was 170 miles. An unlucky family may have a longer move delayed. The little gas station I picked up at was rude unhelpful slow and unknowledgable. I dropped off at a closed storage unit with no way to document my difficulties and problems with the trailer. I must add the tires looked ok frame and lights were good and it hauled without issue. Seems like u haul dealers have no accountability for their slice of the pie.

Windshield was frosted over and no scraper in vehicle. Also, when ramp was pulled out if was full of gravel and dirt. Cab of the vehicle was very dirty as well.

Customer helped to explain to my grandson how to hook up chains and connect trailer to pickup. Rental people stood inside and watched.

Trailer packed with snow. Had to clean all the snow packed under the fenders. Had a hard tine lifting the trailer on the ball. No help.

I had quite a few problems detaching the trailer hitch from my tailgate ball. The on-site staff was helpful with loaning our a hammer and jack, but offered no help outside with the troublesome trailer hitch unit.

The location was clean but not inviting. One of the employees, who must have been in charge of gas, liquor, etc., was kind of rude. The person who helped me with the U-Haul return was kind and helpful. I had a charge for returning it late (even though it wasn't really late as I had it EXACTLY 24 hours) and she helped remedy that situation!

There was one nut missing on the trailer 5305E! Also, the chain was a little rusted from improper use. Other than that, the experience was great!

The van was not at location that was supposed to be . Then the thing would not start. But they upgrade me to the big one and got me on my way!!!!

The vehicle pulled to the left really hard. The people at the Uhaul location (at the gas station) didn't know what they were doing, wanted to cancel my entire order to redo it at the store, then it wouldn't let me check the vehicle back in because of a mileage error and the cashier guessed on the mileage charge. The people that I worked with at the gas station were nice, but trying to use the app to keep it simple didn't work.

Each time I have rented from this location, it takes a tremendous amount of time to get the task accomplished. I wanted a 1 day rental of a trailer. There was only one choice of trailer yet it appeared that the number written up was not the same trailer. Had to Re-do and re-sign again. During the rental process I was informed that if I go over 160 miles there was a $5/gal charge for gas. Hmmm....I mentioned that I was not renting a truck, but rather a trailer. I was told that it did not matter. I am guessing your trailers do not have odometers....but maybe I wrong???? I picked up later yesterday and said I would drop offer today. Today, I had both a call from this location and the regional traffic person wondering when I would be turning the rental in. I know August is busy but really lets communicate. This should not be such of process for these employees...perhaps some training.

Individual incorrectly documented the returning fuel level so I had to dispute an additional $42 fuel charge after I put in $69 of fuel to bring it to the level that I received it. Individuals need to notify customers of any additional charges during turn-in instead of customers noticing the charges on their receipt.

Individual running the counter didn't know how to reimburse me for the engine oil I had to add to the vehicle. The location is also a convenience store/gas station in addition to being a U-Haul location so anything beyond dropping off & picking up a vehicle/equipment was out of their (or at least this individual's) scope.

I rented a cargo trailer and was told by raceway square that the rental was for 24hrs but if I checked the trailer in under 12hrs the price would be adjusted. I had the trailer dropped off in my hometown in under 12 hours but was still charged full 24hr price. I was then told by the the return uhaul place that 1way rentals are the same price for 2 hours or 23hrs. This is not what I was told when renting the trailer at raceway square in brainerd mn.

This location is also part of a gas station. They did tell me where to park the equipment and asked me if I wanted a paper receipt, or have it emailed.
