They did not have all the items I rented available. I used the mobile check in and the clerk did not know how to process mobile check in's and would not give me the keys even after i showed her my phone. she finally call the manager and after much discussion she gave me the keys. since they did not have the appliance dolly I rented I had to move refrigerator and washer/dryer without one. not easy. I tried contacting U-Haul but was on hold for over two hours on two separate attempts. Terrible customer service from U-haul and their site agentAndrew S.

The trailer was full of tree dropping, after calling multiple time ensure pickup I still had to wait for the manger to open the location and then wait for her to figure out what I had. After driving past 20+ U-Haul locations from Missouri to Texas I wished I'd rented from any other place.Jodie C.

Your computer system is terrible. They couldn't get online on there computer they tried on there phones I finally tried on my phone the whole process took over an hour. You really need to fo something about your web site.Linda S.

Give those people in Texas a computer from at least 3 years ago upgrade their internet make sure they know what number to call for their customer care rent working clean trucks. That was the worst location on the planet n should be out of business they cared more for their casino game machines then anything. No one should ever go there Dropping off the truck was great with great service n so was the customer care line.Diana H.

This location was horrible. The service was incredibly slow and the lady did not have any customer service manners. The place had the most horrible cigarette smoke smell my fiance and I have ever smelt in our entire lives. You couldn't even breathe in without basically feeling like you were smoking cigarettes yourself. It was horrible!! We will NEVER go back here!Alexis G.

When I tried to order the U-Haul and take it round-trip I was told I would get a call back within an hour. I did not get a call back and I couldn't wait any longer so I put a king size bed on the back of my truck wrapped in a tarp and drove to Texas and rented one one way. It was going to be $76 and the easier drive if I would've got the U-Haul call back. That was for a two day rental plus insurance. That was my only negative experiences that I waited for an hour for a call. It cost me and a lot of extra hassle and over $200. It was getting very late and I needed to drive to Texas and back within a day and a half and did not have time to wait an indefinite amount of timeKarl R.
Expecting the customer to unhook the trailer without a tongue jack is asking for injury or damage to the towing vehicle. I struggled to lift the tongue off the hitch ball and almost dropped it on my foot when it finally came loose after 10 minutes. The elderly lady managing the combo game parlor/snack bar/U Haul dealership could not provide any help, and she said they did not have a tongue jack. Will not use this place again.RICHARD B.

The Rabbit hole Game Room & Pizza was closed on Saturday morning. They advertise to be open from 7:00AM - 9:00PM on Saturdays but not a peep. The address for Daingerfield is incorrect. This place is located about 6 miles west of Daingerfield in the town of Cason. Without Goggle Earth I would of been lost.Richard G.
Make sure they know what they're selling and how much things are like the price of mileage because we got told on the phone it was .79/mile and then when we go to pay it turned out being $1.09/mile.....not happy at all!!!GARY M.

Very friendly folks. Will use the fine folks again if ever need to rent a UHaul. Could get good food & drink if I needed to wait. Ordered a 10 foot truck because they didn't have one in my area for the same price they upgraded me to a 20 ft. Plus gave me extra mileage. My family & I will always use U-Haul. Since I still live close will be going there for a hamburger, pizza fish or anything else.JAN M.

According to Pendleton Harbor Marina U-Haul guy, the truck must be washed and cleaned inside and out regardless of weather. I picked the vehicle up and there was still snow on the ground and the vehicle. I was freezing and it was impossible to get in and out of the truck with out tracking a little mud.Desmond H.

There was considerable difficulty getting the U-Haul website to respond to process the rental. Took 20-30 minutes just to get online. Employee was very good and kept trying. Problem was not with their internet connection, as I was able to use it to get on with no problem. Just U-Haul site had problems.Bruce S.

When we called uhaul to make a reservation they made us drive 60 miles each way to pickup our truck and car dolly when there was plenty of other locations nearby (they said it was the closest location that had a truck of any size and car dolly available). We drove by numerous locations on our way to this one that had both a car dolly and the size truck we were looking for. Then when we picked up the truck the driver side view mirror was broken, the car dolly had damage to it in numerous places, and the dolly didn't work properly. We had to rig the dolly to tighten the straps on the front tire of the car because that part of the dolly was broken. The inside area for this uhaul pick up location was very smoky and dirty. The employee had a cigarette in her hand/mouth as she pulled the truck around and hooked the dolly up to it. Halfway through our drive the turn signals stopped working. We had full intentions of driving through the night alternating drivers to make it to our destination sooner. However, since the mirror was broken and turn signals weren't working we were forced to stop much more frequently and drive much slower to be more cautious. This added to the already pricey cost of moving halfway across the country. The equipment we received was not worth the price. I was highly disappointed and in the future will go with budget rental trucks instead of uhaul due this. Such a waste of time and money.AFIFA R.
They were not helpful tryed to charge me 99to cents per mile and 29.99 a day for the truck i had to tell them how to do there job i would never use this place again and they said it had a half tank of gas and it was not on half tank did not walk the truck with me and took my money and hand me a key and go find your truck when they had 10a or more trucks place was not helpful at all.and they got mad and rude when i said the 29.99 and .99 cents was in town priceDANNY S.
