Welcome friendly efficient service!
Marquis MSelf checkout with last minute reservation. The clerk at the location was great, he helped me get online and complete the transaction. Use text reminders to check Email for contract and reservation confirmation.
David KThe tire light was on and he told me I could go to the gas station and put air in them if it drove funny. I was charged a $20 after hours fee, which was likely somewhere in the paperwork but could have been communicated more clearly. Because I could have been back sooner. It was returned at 6:39 p.m. It was a very relaxed atmosphere, and the gentleman was polite and kind. I would use this location again, purely from convenience, but I would definitely ask more questions, and get a different truck that didn’t have warning lights.

Was done quickly and made my stressful situation into a seemingly lesser issue. This is how quick and painless it should be. Thanks Olivia.

WILLIE BThe location was supposed to be open until 5:00 but they were closed when I showed up around 1:00 to pick up the truck. I elected to do the mobile check in and pick up, however they did not provide instructions to access the keys to the vehicle. They did not answer the phone when I called. I had to contact uhaul support and they were eventually able to get me connected to the right place. This took aver an hour making us very late for our appointment and the movers that we had hired to help us load the truck. We still had to pay the movers and then also load everything ourselves because of the lateness caused by this very irresponsible location. Having to load everything on our own also caused personal injury to my back and an incredible amount of pain. We had also paid to rent a hand dolly to assist with loading but the dolly was not on the truck so we were charged for something that we did not receive. The entire experience with the pick up location was terrible at best! I have never had such a bad experience with U-Haul. This place should not be allowed to use the U-haul name.
Christina EThe absolute worst experience with Uhaul ever! First, my original reservation at my desired location was not fulfilled. I ended up having to go to a part of town that is unsafe. The U-Haul office was literally a shack with the address written in painters tape. You had to drive around the block into a sketchy lot where the U-Hauls were. The U-Haul rep could barely hitch my trailer. He almost waited for me, 130 pound woman, to hitch the trailer myself. I ended up fastening all of the chains and light adapters. Then, I had to remind him to check my lights in the back to make sure they were working. When I went the following day to drop the trailer, no one was there, except for the man’s 14-year-old daughter. Of which, I had to unhitch the trailer myself as it was apparent there would be no one to assist for the foreseeable future.. It took absolutely all of my might to get it off. Absolutely unbelievable that this place would qualify as a U-Haul dealer.

Cindy WEquipment was not clean after it was dropped off from prior use. Truck still had large food crumbs on seat and floor boards. Very dirty truck interior.

VICTOR RIt was a little confusing as to where the entrance was to drop off. You have to drive around the back side of the place into the fence in area.
