marta mvery bad service, I had a very bad time since the manager of the LAKE WALES location, Ms. TINA, made me a bad reservation for the SECOND TIME, you cannot trust this company since in the moments you need it most they fail you to complete the tube I had to call customer service to help me, they changed my reservation to another place and I finally picked up the 26' truck and it ended up with an empty tire that was a nightmare 😱😱😱😱🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦 it wasn't until I was able to talk to him Mr. DAVID from the road assistant department who was finally able to help me was truly the best part of this odyssey of course Mr. The crane took almost 3 hours to change the rubber and this was another nightmare with the crane but well I have many more things to say but at the end of the day this survey is useless because they are not going to do anything to improve I still ended up paying the rent of the truck, be very careful when renting from this company.

Tony CAlways friendly and have rented from them several times. Facility is a little older so it’s a smaller than most of the other Uhaul places, so it could use some TLC but always happy with their service.

JACK FThe drop off location was supposed to be u-Haul in Leesburg Florida as I requested when booking rental. The drop off location was changed to Groveland Florida. This added 20 minutes to my drive each way. I tried changing the drop off location after it changed and was unable to speak with a U-Haul representative due to a 30 to 40 minute wait time. I will not rent U-Haul in the future. Why have a U-Haul App if the pick up and drop off location is changed to better suit UHaul?
Steven KPictures for initial digital check in were out of date truck was covered in paint. At check out the app did not work to allow me to take a picture of the odometer. Overall just stressful.

hector eI requested to use the trailer until Sunday at 11:30am. I arrived at the location to return the trailer, no one was there and the gate was locked. I wouldn’t just leave the trailer because someone could just take it. I called the number listed on google maps and no one answered. I received a call back the next day on Monday when I wasn’t in town and then was charged for 5 days of rental when two of those days were not my fault but the fault of the owner who didn’t answer the phone. I would not recommend this location.
