The inside of the drivers cab of the uhaul was fairly dirty. Lots of dog hair. Also very difficult to find the office and where to knock because this place is basically a goat farm. They were nice to deal with though.

It was the weekend. Did not receive any responses to my two phone calls or email. No big deal however the equipment could have been returned a day earlier Talked with the lady at return on Sunday and she was very friendly and helpful

This was the second time this location was utilized this month. The first time my phone call was returned promptly and the person was very pleasant and helpful This time I did not receive any callback to my two phone calls or my email. My truck and trailer could have been returned a day earlier had I been contacted. When the equipment was dropped off the person was very friendly and answered my questions I appreciate it was the weekend and everything was fine.

Not bad I guess. Locations didn’t matter. My whole reservation got changed the day before and I wasn’t informed until 6pm the evening before. Absolutely terrible service, I will never use again.

They were very accommodating and polite. I was just disappointed that it took 7 months for head office to locate the car hauler and adjust my invoice from one way to daily rental, even after I informed them it was dropped off at the original “pick up” location. I understand that having a lot of equipment and locations can sometimes make the search more difficult. I’m just glad the “missing” car hauler was found and I no longer feel like I’ve been suspected of some funny business. Not saying they accused me of anything, but when their equipment isn’t showing up as returned then it leaves room to suspect. This experience won’t prevent me from using their services again. One unfortunate incident doesn’t nullify previous good experiences.

There was no signage letting me know this was the uhaul location...when I called no one answered..I drove in and went to the door,a man came he was difficult to understand but I gathered I was at the right place...not very businesslike

fix the leak in the 4x8 trailer so it doesn't get the next persons stuff wet to, also there were so many preexisting dents in it we were worried we would get blamed for some of the one were the x was worn off. Over all great people out in crossfield

I was instructed by uHaul to return the truck the Crossfield location. This was about 60km to the north of Calgary. This caused us to have to drive to vehicles an extra hour (return) out of Calgary. Today's gas prices cause that to add considerable expense to the ultimate uHaul cost. The attendant at the Crossfield location was very kind and professional. None of the above criticisms should be interpreted as directed towards them.

The location was unconventional (a farmhouse), and the parking area was dirt, so it wasn't immediately clear where to park. The staff member, a woman, more than made up for any lack of clarity about where to park; she was friendly, communicative, and helpful.

The distance away from the city of Calgary was excessive not sure why the SW Calgary site I requested was change
