Backing truck out of parking spot was VERY tight. Drivers seat in truck was broken down severely. I’m 6’2” and had to reach up to steering wheel. Very uncomfortable. Steering wheel was 90 degrees off. Steering wheel blocked the speedometer. You can not see the speedometer at all. Other than these. Rental was ok.

Almost missed the sign beside an empty parking lot. No one around and doors were locked. Not good.
Joel RIt was very difficult to find the location. There is no external signage and the building seems to be vacant and boarded up. It took 10 minutes to find the office once I found where to park the truck. There was nobody there and I had to call a number on a small sign taped to the door. Once I reached the guy he was helpful, but it was not a pleasant experience.
NOREEN OI can't think of anything that would have made the experience better. It was quick and simple. I had one issue that was my fault and had to change drop off location hours before drop off and the phone service made that easy and quick.
Steven Pthe online pickup was terrible! If my brother hadn't been here to nelp me, I would have gone to another service. Poor wi-fi connection and nobody to talk to. I want people and not online garbage!!!!!!

Brenda HHad trouble checking in with app. The store was supposed to be open at 9. Nobody showed up and nobody answered the phone number on the window. I never received a return phone call from them at all. I left a message and text message.
Bobbi tRenting the truck and returning was a pain in the ass. Never before online was it a problem. Uploading all the information, then the computer not accepting my driver license. Just a pain.

Leonard PIt isn't a normal U-Haul spot, just rentals in the parking lot. Luckily someone was there. The truck was smelly from a smoker and the truck itself was runned down, I won't want on long trip but for local it didn't concern me.
BRIAN FStart the 24 hour time at the time the renter actually gets the truck. I made a reservation for 10am. There was a customer trying to rent a truck that day. We didn't get the truck til 11am but had to bring it back by 10am. It might only be an hour, but that hour could make all the difference. Also the process is extremely slow. I would think there is a way the process could be sped up by quite a bit. There man who processed our rental was very courteous and polite.

Sonia KLocation was closed during regular business hours and failed to handle my previous reservation. Was unable to get key to truck that was rented/reserved due to location being closed. This resulted in wasted time and incurred financial loss to me.

The check engine light came on when I got 10 miles down the road, sounded like the door wasn't shut but it was, get to 65-70mile an hour and the truck started shaking and sounding like it was going to fall apart!! Very disappointed!!

Alec PThere was no UHaul office. A guy came out of a house after I called him. I did not know where to go to return the trailer. I saw a couple other UHaul vehicles in a parking lot and that was the only way I thought I was in the right place. The guy was very nice though.

MICHAEL HDoor was locked at 9am when my reservation time was set. I had to call a phone number and then wait about 15 minutes for the person to come out. Did not have the furniture pads that I reserved.
NICHOLAS Rmy reservation was moved without my knowledge. I had also reserved 2 dozen furniture pads, and only 6 were there.

Richard AWhere to begin. There was no one there even though they were supposed to be open. Thank god for mobile pickup. The truck ran like garbage. I’ve rented several over the years and this one was rough. I paid for furniture pads and a furniture dolly. I received none. No one was there to help. I called the number on the store front for U-Haul and it went to a voicemail box that was not setup for messages. Oh and I still got charged for those things so that’s awesome. 0/10 will never go there again. Probably will use a U-Haul competitor next time like Penske.

herbert ePerson at site is not readily available by phone and has not set up voicemails. My husband after checking out the third time on after hours box accidentally locked keys inside truck. Seems not customer friendly if charged $50 for such an incident and extra daily charges. Every person has a spare key to remedy this situation
