MASON CThe virtual check in was not great. The photos of the truck were so low resolution and blurry it could have been crashed bad and nobody would know. If there was seriously something wrong with the vehicle there would most likely be an issue. Kelly from this location was very helpful. I am currently waiting to make sure that I did not pay for a furniture mover and blankets. Stay tuned
Tara ETruck cab dirty, my biggest complaint was the process overall, I could not rent from a location 5 miles from my house but had to travel more than 12 miles, and my location was changed twice
