Employee told us he'd look at the truck and check the mileage when he â€œhad the chanceâ€ . No other customers in the store so husband told him we he wanted it checked before we left. Employee looked annoyed that he had to go outside but he did. That's our only criticism of the locationJames C.
Associate for location was 45 minutes late to open store. So we did not get can until almost an hour late. No explanation , no apology and still had our return time for 10 the next day. It really put us in a bind as we had people waiting on us. The van was not clean including having stains on the seat and sand on floorboard. When we returned it we had to go buy a lock to leave the key in an alternate box as the normal orange one could not accommodate. The van drove well and got the job done. The overall experience could have gone far better.Cynthia C.

This was not the location I scheduled. You canceled my reservation and sent me to this out of the way new location where the staff had no knowledge of the changes in my reservation. From the minute this journey began, it was a disaster and poorly organized. If I could have canceled and not paid a penny I would have. You wasted my time money and created extra stress and no one I spoke with knew what was going on. U-hual was entirely unhelpful and awful.Barbara S.

The online checkout process needs improvement. After switching to a mobile transaction, the checkout process goes in a loop for 20 mins. Ultimately you are able to get to the first step for checkout. Mobile checking is flawless and works as expectedDAVID L.

2 things that I was not thrilled with. First then 7/24 is not user friendly or easy to work with it took me 20 minutes to get my truck and another 15 to return it. That should take no more than 5 minutes in each end. They second thing that was an issue with the place is the key drop box was too small for them keyfob so I couldn't leave the key. Now I have to go out of my way in Monday and drop the key off when they are open. Needless to say I am not impressed with the no contact solution by uhaul or the fact that Quik didn't have any way to drop the key.....very disappointedEric C.
I spent two hours trying to get my truck checked out and get the contract and other documentation and finally left after multiple calls to corporate and multiple attempts to email the contract to me which all failed. The service representative who worked with me was completely incompetent and had no idea what he was doing and admitted as much. I even had to place a call to my sister who runs a U-Haul franchise in Arizona to get an idea of what I should have expected to happen in the middle of all this and get her to try and straighten out the contract snafu. Make sure the other items that are ordered are in the vehicle when customers pick them up. I ordered a half dozen moving blankets and a utility dolly and neither was with the truck. Luckily another truck had the moving blankets and another customer gave me his dolly. If there was an option when checking out to cancel the blankets and dolly I would have, but since I got my hands on some items, I didn't worry about it.Eric D.

Self check in did not add any efficiency. Agent had to handle my phone in an (failed) attempt for the scan back of DL. Asked me all the same questions when processing me on their computer that I had already completed on the app.DONALD W.

The location was not open for the posted business hours. I could not pick up the trailer at the reservation time. The employee and the equipment was disorganized. I will not rent at that location again.David J.
Trailer was functional, but could use reconditioning. Latching parts were rusty and stiff, part of the floor was weak and soft. It's a heavy tongue, so it could use a jack.Charles L.
